My daughter has had an amazing experience and is usually upset that we are picking her up. The communication is wonderful and quick. Im very happy we decided to to choose Oakcrest.

My son absolutely loved attending the after school program here! He always came home with different crafts he had made and tons of stories about how much fun he had while he was there. As a parent, I loved how I was informed when he was picked up from school and the multiple photos that I received of him daily. I highly recommend their amazing after school program!

After months of interviews and careful consideration as to where to bring our daughter we landed on Steele Creek Children’s academy. We could not ask for a better Director in Dana who is quick to field any/all of our concerns no matter how big or small. The staff is attentive and it truly feels like everyone treats your child as if they are their own. The pictures and notes we receive every day and a greeting by name goes above and beyond our expectations. You can tell our 4 month old is developing at an amazing pace and even this young you can tell she is happy when she gets there to play with her teachers and little friends. We would recommend Steel Creek Children’s Academy to any Parent who needs a place to trust when they can’t be with their child.

The teachers are wonderful. Im in amazement at how much my little one is learning. They offer amazing activities such as yoga, tennis, and soccer. The weekly themes are great and are pushing my daughter to learn more. They serve healthy food and just really take great care of my little one. We couldnt be more pleased with this school. Highly recommend!

Our kids have been at the sister school for about a year and recently transitioned to this location as it is more convenient for us. The place is amazing the owners are so hand on, the teachers and director at the school are so responsive and caring. They know each kid and what makes them “tick”. I’m so comfortable knowing these people are caring and loving our children. Cannot recommend high enough- the kids absolutely love it here and have smiles every day. The food the chef prepares is better than food I get on a daily basis and so healthy!

Our childcare situation recently changed which sent us on the hunt for a great daycare for our daughter. We fell in love with the school from the first visit and it made our transition into using daycare as childcare so easy. Cannot recommend enough!Some of my favorite things about the school:All foods are chef prepared & healthy. I worried at first that our (sometimes picky) daughter wouldnt eat what was provided, so I asked the question about how many students brought their lunch versus took advantage of the meals provided. Only ONE student was currently bringing their lunch. ONE. My daughter comes home asking for healthy things that weve never even fed her. I love it!All of the programs - tennis, soccer, Mr. Music, the technology room, art, yoga, etc. The kids seem to really enjoy these programs and I love all of the exposure to different things that we maybe havent explored yet.The pictures and videos that are sent all day long! I love seeing my child in her school having fun and making friends.The teachers! I truly feel like the teachers love my child and really know her. You cant buy that kind of peace of mind.We are so happy with our choice! We are sending our older daughter this summer as well for the summer program for elementary aged children. I have no doubts it will be great as well.

Our child’s daycare closed down in March and it was perfect timing to get her in to SCCA which opened the Steele Creek location in January. We were very impressed! The facility is clean, well organized, chef prepared meals with no junk food, and they offer classes such as yoga, tennis, music etc. They also have parents night out every now and then. We highly recommend.

Our son started in March and in just a few short weeks he grew so much. He loves going to school! Every week the classes have different themes they teach the children. The teachers do a great job integrating the curriculum and art. We love this school!

I love SCCA. My daughter started there since the time they opened their doors this year. She loves her school and the teachers. They serve fresh and tasty food to all the kids (they have a huge kitchen and they make food from scratch). She loves the food at her school. No complaints!!!

My son has been at the Steele Creek location since it opened and absolutely loves it! He is learning at a quick pace and is developing vocabulary words every day. The school has video cameras everywhere thus you will feel at ease knowing that your child is being monitored at all times. The center uses software for parents who can see pictures and videos of their child during the day of their activities that is sent by their teachers. We love it!

Our kids have been at this school since they recently opened and we all love it so far! They try very hard to provide a fun and safe environment full of activities for all of the little ones, and they do a great job of keeping parents updated on everything. We have multiple kids, so we have experienced many schools in the area. This school has been our favorite! We were sad when our daughter’s last school closed, so we were very picky in our decision. We’re so very glad we joined this school!

Brand new facility, amazing teachers and directors. Our daughter loves her school, the food they providing ismade by a chef fresh in house. You are getting multiple updates per pay with pictures of activities of your child. We love this place.

This is our first time sending a child to daycare and I can’t say what a relief it has been to find a place like SCCA. I feel very confident in the leadership team and the teachers are very thorough and forthcoming with everything that goes on in the classroom. My daughter is in love with her teachers and even though she is only 20 months old, she “talks” about them when she comes home. Several of my family members and friends have commented on how much she has seemed to develop in the last couple of months since she has been at this school. We have had a couple of questions about policies that we have been unclear (and frankly, concerned) about and the staff were readily available to meet with us and take the time to explain why some things have to be the way they are. I feel very confident that this school puts the children’s best interest first.

We were lucky enough to get our daughter into SCCA when they first opened and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff and teachers have been excellent, the school is beautiful and the curriculum and engagement our daughter receives cannot be beat! So happy to be apart of this school!

My son loves going to school with all the great learning activities and the interaction with the other kids. He actually eats more at school than at home. He is learning fast than ever. He actually ask to go to school.

Our first 2 weeks have been an excellent experience for both our kids! The staff and teachers are very helpful and truly care about every child. Because they have such large play/activity areas, my husband and I have started to notice a huge improvement in our 3 year olds gross motor skills which lacked at our previous daycare. As both of us are full time, we feel they are a great fit with extended hours, healthy meals for the kids, and showing a great balance with development and play in their curriculum.

We absolutely love this school. I honestly could write on and on about how much we love the staff and facility. From the food they provide our son to the activities they have throughout the day (Mr. Music, Yoga, Soccer, the sensory room and outdoor play). The amount of time and energy that they put into creating a safe, fun, educational and clean environment is truly amazing. I have a 5 month old in the infant 1 room and a two year old in the toddler 1 room. All of the teachers in both rooms are so attentive and loving towards our boys.This school not only invests their time into the students but they create events for the whole family. Once a month they organize a themed family dinner where we can sit and eat together and meet other families. They also provide coffee every morning for the parents as they drop off the kids. I feel so blessed that our sons attend such a great school.Yes, it is very pricy compared to some others in the area but I cannot stress the difference between this school and other daycares. This is actually our 3rd daycare in the area that our 2 year old has attended. The first one was not horrible but it was not a school/learning atmosphere, it was just a daycare. The second one had ratio issues and was constantly pulling our son out of class to sit with the director in her office. I was extremely picky when I was searching for a new care facility for my son, plus I was pregnant and was not about to put my newborn in an unsafe facility where they could not manage their staff/child ratio. You would be giving your son/daughter the best start by sending them here. We could not be happier!

Our daughter Reia has been attending since April and we could not be happier. From detailed lesson plans to pictures via the app throughout the day it all makes us have a level of comfort we didn’t have at our previous daycare. I routinely recommend SCCA to parents I meet with daycare concerns.

I was happy to enroll my daughter at Steelecreek Children’s Academy after visiting the facility and seeing how CLEAN and NICE it was. The staff is very welcoming. Kayla was the first person to greet me and she is sooo amazing! The director Merrily is very helpful and kind! My daughter has been at the academy for almost two months now and she loves it! I know that my child is in great care there, they have so many activities for the kids and send several updates throughout the day. Oh and let me not forget the chef making sure the children have a healthy meal daily :) loveeeeee this place and I highly recommend!! It is Worth the price!!

We are very happy to have Steele Creek Children’s Academy in our community. It has been great for our daughter and absolutely love the teachers in her classroom.

Love love love this place and people!!!My son has been in this location from the time it opened and we can see a lot of learning and overall growth from him compared to his previous day cares. Staff and Teachers always have an ear for any concerns you have and try to follow up asap. In-house kitchen vs frozen food in other places is a big plus for me. I used to take my kiddo to soccer and other classes outside school hours which was always a rush. Now, i dnt have to bother cause they do offer a lot of extra activities to keep the kidos music and sport intrests active. And all included in fees.

After only two days at this location my son had two mishandled head related incidents (both with blood) along with numerous unexplained bruises all over his body, he had been at another daycare since 12 weeks and NEVER had this many injuries much less in such a short amount of time. I was so impressed by the Tega Cay location , but this location is a whole other story. The owner is understanding and very nice, along with the front desk staff but the actual teachers in my sons room were awful and cold. I shouldve trusted my instincts after meeting them but just attributed it to nerves. I would wait at least 6 months before going to this location, that should be enough time to weed out all of the bad apples they hired last minute with sub-par training/vetting. Thankfully we were given a refund of our deposit back but now we are stuck with a $1,200 ER bill from having to get all of his marks and bruises documented as recommended by the police. My son is back at his old daycare and is very happy and back to his old self. Thank goodness there wasnt any lasting damage to him, to us is another story.
