Ballantyne KinderCare is a loving place to take your child. My son has grown so much and they have been a true blessing in the pandemic during virtual learning with him. They have made us feel like family. Its a beautiful center filled with beautiful people, inside and out. Ms. Gina Moses is very adamant about making sure Im in the know of whats going on with my child at all times. She is truly one of a kind. She is an awesome director. My hat goes off to all of the teachers they are truly amazing.

Kindercare Ballantyne is a great daycare and we highly recommend it. Our three year old daughter was very happy going there every day. All of her teachers and the daycare director (Gina M.) were always very caring and loving with her - she loved them very much. It is very unfortunate that they have to close down for a few months due to these difficult times but we are looking forward to when they are open again later in 2021.

Had my son enrolled in the infant 2 classroom while I was an employee there. During his time there he was moved to a toddler classroom by a teacher after me and the director Christie agreed to let me remain in the infant classroom since I wasn’t quite comfortable as he wasn’t walking yet- Without my knowledge or the directors he was moved , was biten and scratched more than once and I did not get a accident report, Also while there he got his first diaper rash and continued to get them before I put him in daycare he never had any diaper rash- and at the end of my shift it was one day that I picked him up from his classroom and he had a large fingernail in his mouth for who knows how long before I took it out my self and when I complained it wasn’t taken seriously- after I complained the infant one teacher Ms. Arlene continued to have an attitude with me every time my son would have be moved to her classroom. 1) she said she would not be picking up any heavy babies 2) she would just let my child cry his head off and not even try to comfort him if he had to be dropped off in her classroom

My husband and I love rainbow daycare. Our son is fixing to turn two and has been learning so much. The staff is amazing with the kids. We would definitely recommend this daycare for any child. We give the daycare a 5 star because they deserve it. The staff at Rainbow Childcare Center are so amazing and we are so excited to see what our little one learns each and everyday in the future. Thank you to the staff at Rainbow Daycare for making such a difference in our childs life.

I dont have enough words of praise for Rainbow Academy. From the director to the teachers you can tell the dedication and devotion to their work and this reflects in their high standards. My kid loves the place from the first moment he started and to me as a parent it is priceless to know that my baby is well taken care of.

This is an example of an infant parents worse fears. If you are looking for infant care, run away from here. Not a loving and caring environment. Staff turn over in the infant room is ridiculous. Two teachers were there during my tour in June, two different when we started in August and now two different at this time--the end of September. My childs first experience of daycare at 5 months old--never had a diaper rash. Less than two months later and she has had 3. I expressly told the center that my child never had a pacifier and not to give her one. About 6 weeks into care and they send me a picture through their app with a pacifier in her mouth. Three to four days a week at pick up, my childs face is covered in dried food or dried snot (I started taking pictures each day to keep a record). At pick up today, my congested infant was sleeping in a crib with the air conditioning blowing directly on her (her arms were cold to touch) and her face and mouth was covered in dried up snot. Everytime I address a concern, my child seems to suffer some worse fate by the care givers. Its hard to find infant care openings, please dont get stuck with this place--having to wait for a spot to open up somewhere else. If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would.

This is worst day care we have ever used. If we didnt have to pay for any extra two weeks then our daughter would be going somewhere else. as it is we are taking as much time off from work as we can so she only has to go 7 days but that is 7 days too much. they wont contact you if your child gets hurt or even take the time to do an incident report. The information on they app is a joke. if you value your childs safety then do yourself a favor save your money and find somewhere else to go. If I could give a ZERO star rating that wouldnt even begin to start the amount of hatred i have for this place.

They are very rude and NEVER tip their delivery drivers. I know this isnt criteria on a daycare your searching for while looking for a good place to care for your child. Im also a parent and have been for 12 years. In my opinion anyone whi doesnt tip, at least SOMETHING is very rude and very disrespectful! All of my other customers tip. Id NEVER send my child or any other kids I know to this place.

Worst place to keep your kids. We sent out kid only 4 days, but paid for two weeks and stop sending. The way they treat kids are worst and we saw some kids asking water and some milk but they refused in very arrogant way.

We have really very good experience with Rainbow Childcare Ballantyne. Earlier we have tried couple of other schools but my daughter (Avni) was not getting adjusted in any of the schools. In Rainbow Ballantyne, Because of ‘Ms Sontila’ (Young Preschool) she is so happy and we are also asure that our daugher is super comfortable with her. I recommend and appreciate Ms Sontila for her love and hard work toward every kid in her class.Thank You Ms Sontila & Rainbow CCC.

We moved to Charlotte when our Child was about 2 years old, and could not find a flexible and trustworhty child care. From the first time we met, Jennifer was sweet and straightfoward, overly flexible on the days we needed (not the standard cookie cutter tue-thu or mon-wed-fri).Our child is developing wonders throuht the school. We feel so glad, they are an extension of what we teach in our home. Our little one is on to her second year with them, and the love and care each one has for her, and her peers, show that is not only about teaching but building a strong foundation in the kids life.We highly recommend Rainbow Center to everyone out there.
