If you care about your children’s safety please refrain from sending your children here. My child had covid and threw up on 08/23/2021, they forced my child to clean it up himself as well as ask another student to help him. Did not contact the young ladies parents to let her know she cleaned another’s child throw up…. Since I have audio of it all I offered the director to clarify the situation, but instead she was very nasty with me and began to lie on what actually happened.Also, on 08/18/2021 at 5:37pm a parent came to the center and told one of the staff members as well as the directors that her child had covid and was home but no information was sent home to parents. When I asked about it, I was lied too stating that it never happened.So many more reasons why you shouldn’t send your children here but due to legal reasons I can not state on this platform but it will all be public record. In my opinion this was the worse decision for my children to attend here, I wouldn’t trust them to water flowers overnight. Save yourself the heartache and headaches and any bad review believe it. This center is below all KinderCare standards.

My kids have been attending for 5 years now. I know my kids are safe, loved and well taken care of there. When I drop off my kids run inside and when they are picked up they often times want to stay longer. The teachers are great!

Great friendly staff. Director is Amazing. Only good things to say. I highly recommend this center.

My child has been at this childcare center for over 2 years. Each teacher she has had has been great with her. She is always learning something new. The director is very open and works to alleviate any issues that are brought to her quickly. At this point all of the teachers know my daughter even if she hasn’t been in their class yet. It feels like a family. I would highly recommend this center if your looking for a warm supportive and open environment.

Love the staff here. My childs teacher treats the children like her own! Any issues Ive had in the past the Director handled it promptly. I like that she doesnt show favoritism. She upholds Kindercares policies and shows compassion. The best day-care facility in East Charlotte !

I’m truly thankful for staff along with Mrs. Tonya. They’re absolutely amazing with my son and I love it. He doesn’t even cry when I drop him off, he just goes about his business. The energy from all staff and respect is all great!! Thank you !!!! ❤️

The staff at KinderCare are very considerate and caring. They keep parents informed of the childrens progress and behaviors. I could say they are professional and caring for the children.

My children has been attending this facility over 3 years. I have never had an issue that was not addressed immediately by Mrs. Tonya. She and her staff are caring, professional and truly enjoy what they do. Mrs. Tonya and her staff are more than just my children providers they are family. We all have laughed together and cried together. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for care. I will admit before Mrs. Tonya came to this center it was horrible and I was looking to move my kids but when I saw how professional and caring Tonya was I knew that things would change for the better and they did. Then center is bright, clean and filled with love.

I give them two weeks notice and my boy didn’t even go there for the last week but I still paid for it but they told me I didn’t paid it even tho I show them my bank statement and they report me to national credit reporting agencies .... Parents pls be careful

Not a good facility don’t send your child there.Director is unprofessional all she cares about is money and making herself look good! They will make you miss an entire day of School or work if you are running late. A child was dropped off after breakfast and when the mother asked could they give her child something the child was denied food. On more than one occasion I seen children being mistreated by staff. Plenty of times there we’re incidents when my child had a knot on his head and when I asked what happened I was told “idk” by the teacher. Another time my child had a busted lip and again was told she had no idea what happened. One day I went to pick my child up at the end of the day and when I reached under his arms to pick him up he was extremely hot come to find out he had a fever! No one called me no one checked his temp no one cared! Save yourself and your child the hassle DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS FACILITY!

My husband and I searched to find an appropriate childcare provider for our daughter. Prior to discovering this center we interviewed around 10 local centers. We have extreamely high standards and were unwilling to compromise with the things we wanted. As strict vegans we were unable to find a center willing to meet our dietary requests for our daughter amoung many other stipulations we had. This center was recomended by a parent whos child attended 6 years prior. After visiting, seeing the staffs interaction with our daughter and speaking with the director Tanya we were satisfied with the centers ability to meet our standards and provide the desired care for our daughter. Several months into her placement at this center my daughter is blooming developmentally and socially. We could not be happer with our decision. We would recommend this center to anyone!
