I absolutely love this school! Ms Kim has done such a wonderful job with this operation. All of the teachers and staff are so kind, and you can tell they truly love their job and our children. Thank you Park Rd KC for making this home away from home such a safe haven for our little girl!

Really pricey. Also, read fine print regarding two weeks notice. You will definitely be charged if you remove your child early. Overall, an ok facility and staff.

Park Road KinderCare has exceeded my expectations! Their agility during this pandemic has been phenomenal! Their creation of the school age room has enabled me to continue working and allowed my child to zoom in to the CMS school class! The director, Ms. Kim, is always there to greet us in the morning and always open to feedback. She works closely with her team to ensure that everything is running smoothly while meeting a myriad of expectations (state, CMS school, parents, etc.) I couldnt be more happy with this center.

We absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is wonderful, very communicative and take great care of our two kids. All the teachers are ind to every child, even the ones who are not in their class. Kim is so caring and engaging. We will be very sad when both our kids go to Kindergarten and we wont be seeing everyones smiling faces here any more.

I was not planning on writing a review with my mom being the director of this particular childcare, but after a year of my daughter attending I need to show some gratitude to this KinderCare location. It is a pretty special place to me as I actually attended this same location when I was growing up in Charlotte. It means a lot to my wife and I that our daughter can be in the same classes that I was in as a child. The teachers here, a few have been there since I attended, are the most caring, educated, and respectful teachers around. The staff and teachers at this location have provided us with the most assuring care when we dropped our sweet girl off for the first time. We just want to say thank you (on google) for the love and support that you have provided to us throughout this first year of learning to be parents. We hope you guys have an awesome New Year!

Wonderful center; caring, responsive, and nurturing.

We love this daycare center and have been sending our toddler son there for almost a year. Infant waitlist is long just like any other center in the area but it was worth the wait - teachers are fantastic and have become like family.

This establishment has exceeded my expectations in every possible way! The entire staff is positive, helpful, and genuinely cares about the well being of the children. My entire day runs more smoothly, knowing my daughters life is being enriched on so many levels, in a safe and sound environment.

Our son has been going there for over a year and loves it! The staff take such good care for him. It feels like family is taking care of him

By far the best day care! They treat our kids like family. Every day you are greeted with a cheerful hello and good bye and I can go about my day knowing my children are getting an education. Not just a place to drop them off. Love every one there.

The staff here takes care of my children....gulp...better than I do!!! Ok, its a joke but seriously, my kids feel loved every moment and the learning is terrific. Its NOT one of those day cares that just babysit.

My husband and I called weekly for almost 8 months waiting to get into this day care. One day in and we knew we needed to find another. Not sure if it was just the toddler class because all other reviews are so positive. Teachers didnt seem to go out of their way to make the transition warm and welcoming, constant new faces helping out with the class, felt unorganized, unclean, kids of all ages play on the playground at the same time and worst of all when my son had a bad fall I had to ask questions in order to get the full story. Im sure this business will continue to do well based on location but I would not recommend.

I have 2 kids at this center, 3.5 and almost 2 years old, and we absolutely love it here. All of the teachers have years of experience with children, some even decades at this very center. Everyone is so nice and truly care about the kids and families. My kids have learned so much and honestly learn something every day. Sometimes I am shocked at the things they say and know. I highly recommend this KinderCare.

Get on the waitlist a year ahead of time. Followed up 3 times and was assured we would be enrolled in August. Follow up for a fourth time and get told that we would have to wait an additional 6 months. Paid the fee and no one called us once or told us anything until we called again. Piss poor management and terrible service. Just another number to them.
