Kindercare was the first daycare our son attended and the mobile app really helped us feel more comfortable. They post updates and pictures throughout the day. We loved seeing all the art activity they did with him too!

There arent enough superlatives to include in a post like this for Providence Road KinderCare. Our kids have been loved so, so well during their years here, and they have grown by leaps and bounds. They truly enjoy every day here. It also should be noted that PRKC have done an extraordinary job going above and beyond during these COVID times during very difficult circumstances, but that was no surprise to me. If there were 100 stars available for this review, Id give all of them. I will always be grateful to the Lord for these people and this place.

We are so happy with the team at Providence Road KinderCare. We have two girls currently attending. Very pleased with the team and care, especially during the pandemic. The app is great, provides updates, pics, supply needs, etc. The director and staff have made great strides to keep parents involved during COVID times. Highly recommend for childcare.

We love sending our son to Kindercare. I never feel like I have to worry about him while he is there. He is only 6 months old and they provide lots of opportunities for him to develop and grow in an extremely safe space. I know this because they have this awesome app where they post photos daily-- it makes going back to work a lot easier knowing he is there. Our three children have attended Providence Rd KinderCare. We have been extremely happy with their teachers and the care they have received throughout the years. We love the director Ana as she has been a great leader, communicator, and always has very fun activities planned for the kids. I highly recommend this location for childcare.

Our children have been attending Providence Road KinderCare since they were infants. We have always felt that they were in a safe and caring environment. The health and safety of the children, especially during this pandemic, are first and foremost. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare in the Charlotte area.

We consider the staff as family! Our first child attended this center around 10 years ago. Now our youngest is currently here. We are thankful to have some of the same teachers and staff members for such a long time. Having both of our kids attend the center during different times, the level of care and compassion is still amazing! This center is very nice towards the families, however the teachers are always quitting. There’s some disconnect between management and staff it seems. They also break a lot of rules to make things work for them and I just don’t think it’s that safe for the children.

We love everything about KinderCare! From the moment I toured the facility with Ms. Ana, I knew this was a great fit for our daughter. All of the teachers are so warm and kind to me when I drop off/pick up, and I know every single day that while I am at work, my daughter has the best teachers keeping her safe and helping her grow! She comes every day knowing something new and talking about all her friends and Ms. Sonia and Ms. Sherry. Cannot say enough great things!!!

Our son has been enrolled at the Providence Road Kindercare for almost 2 years now. We have been extremely happy with the experience so far. The teachers are well trained, attentive and caring. The administration is communicative and supportive. And most importantly, our son is happy and thriving. Would recommend this daycare to everyone!

My son loves this place -always excited when he gets in the door. My wife and I love going to all the parent-invited events they have, Mothers Day, Summer Picnics, Thanksgiving Lunch! They always make sure he gets an apple for the ride home! They also have family events outside of daycare hours which are a lot of fun!

KinderCare has been great for our little one. She enjoys her teachers and looks forward to going to Daycare daily. They do a good job of meeting our little ones needs! Thanks for your help guys!

I have had a great experience taking my little guy to this KinderCare. Everybody there is very kind and my son who is almost 2 years old is excited to go everyday (as we are leaving he says go to school? school!). I also really love the KindeCare app - they send pictures throughout the day of the activities they are doing, keep you informed, and send reminders (e.g. need more diapers). I think you would be very happy putting your kiddo(s) at this particular KinderCare!

My daughter has been enrolled since she was an infant. Being a first time parent, this center has been by my side every step of the way. Every staff member knows my daughter and I feel safe and secure having her there. I will be so upset the day she graduates!

Kindercare provides a loving, professional education program for children in a setting that is clean, organized and ever-changing to offer a wide variety of learning opportunities. I have been amazed at the creativity that is offered by the caring staff and the well planned educational programs that have delighted a 4 year old. Communications with parents & grandparents are so stimulating and frequent that we fell like we can talk often about the lessons of the day. I would recommend this as the best care ever for children.

I cant be more content outside of family when I leave my child. She is happy her speech has improved and she looks forward to going to school!
