I am so happy I found Rainbow when I was looking for a place for my son at 3 months. Now he is almost 2.5 and my daughter is 8 months and they both go here. I know everyone that works there. They have events for the family. We love it. My son loves going to school everyday here.

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 6 weeks. She is now 25 months ! The staff is so friendly and I can tell they genuinely love the kids. I am currently work about an hour away from the daycare, but I refuse to move because my daughter loves her classmates and her teachers. I also love knowing I can go to work & trust that my baby is in good hands. I recommend this daycare.

Sad to reduce to 1, but it was well earned. Teachers kept quitting, leaving children that relied on them. Unorganized and unprofessional. There is new leadership now, hopefully things will turn around for the new director. No-one deserves to have a team where their heart is not in the work. My suggestion, hire better staff

I Love Rainbow Childcare CenterEveryone here is like Family. It is like a second home for my Kids while im at Work. My Daughter Has been here for 3 years and I have honestly Never had a Complaint. And my Daughter honestly Loves going to School Every Morning. She Loves her Teacher and Her Friends.

I LOVE this school!!! My son has learned more here in the last 6 months than I ever could have imagined. His teacher Mr Lamar is amazing. The staff are all super friendly and the facility is very clean. I wish that this center had been available to us in the past with our other son. We will be sad to leave in August when Ryan stars kindergarten. I am very confident that he is more than prepared for his next step.

I am happy to have found this facility. My son is on the spectrum, he was received with open arms and I know he is safe. Great staff!!!

My daughter has been going to Rainbow Child Care since she was in Pre-K, she is now in the 2nd grade. The staff is friendly and caring. I never worry when my daughter is there because I know she is in good hands. They are my saving grace on snow days when the schools are closed! The daycare is clean and bright. I wish they had a school I would definitely enroll my daughter there.

My child an I had the worst experience at this daycare. They were expensive and lacking in more than one area. My child broke her ankle while in their care and no one informed me. They have cameras everywhere and no one could tell me how she broke her ankle or why she was unsupervised enough for no one to have noticed. She was also assulted by one of the other students whom happened to be the son of one of the teachers son. I would never go back or recommend this over priced under qualified facility to anyone

When I moved to Charlotte I visited literally every daycare facility within a 10 mile radius to try to find one for my son. Rainbow was one of them. I walk up to the door and ring the bell. There are 2 women sitting at the front desk and 1 standing besides it, none of them bother to buzz me in or open for me. I ring again and as a parent is walking out I walk in. That for me was strike 1, 2 and 3.I was given a tour of the toddler room. I was not impressed. It seemed a little drab. I didnt like the fact the door didnt have any glass that you can see the kids through when closed. The teacher was getting the kids ready for a painting activity. She kept saying over and over Alright come on now we gon paint! Come on now sit down we gon paint! I said come sit so we could paint! I was horrified. Why on earth is she barking at those babies like that?I meet the director. I tell her the teacher in the toddler classroom seems cold! She told me thats because the teacher runs a right ship. I said for 1 year olds? Shouldnt they be getting hugs and high 5s instead of marching orders? She said Oh trust me they all love her in that class room. Im thinking to myself no theyre probably all mortified.I thanked the director for the information. She reminded me that tuition comes with free diapers and wipes. As I walk out Im thinking to myself even if tuition came with a new car I would not enroll my son here.

My 3 year old son has been attending Rainbow Child Care Center since January 2018, This was his first time attending daycare and I absolutely love the environment and his teachers!! They go above and beyond to meet the needs of our children!
