My kids love alphabet junction! Amazing staff and low turnover! both of my kids have had the same teachers!Lots of fun art and circle times. We’d highly recommend!

A great place to work and to send your children! Other staff members are very friendly, and do a great job of putting together learning materials and activities for the children. Melissa is great and is very helpful!

Alphabet Junction Chaska is a Smaller Center with a great Connection with families!! The staff is Wonderful, Fun and Caring with all of the Children, Its a great program with lots of Activities, Gym time, activity creative Center, music class and Stretch & Grow Classes etc.

My baby can be a real handfull! The staff here has helped teach him to sleep in his crib and be more comfortable with other caregivers. He learns quite a bit from his teachers and other babies! They do cute crafts all the time and get progress reports sent home. Healthy lunches and lots of fun things for baby to do. The staff seem to really love all the babies! Im very happy with his care here

Wonderful program with wonderful dedicated staff. A nationally accredited curriculum in all classrooms! Great rates!

This place is a horrible place to take your child to or work at. the staff are very disrespectful, arent concerned with the childrens needs,and Ive not only seen this first hand, but parents have come up to be about concerns theyve had with their child and other employees in the workplace. there are various times Ive called child services on this company. Ive heard nothing but a bad rep from others as well. The owners Amber and Janelle are nice to their employees upon hire, and than dont treat them well at all weeks down the line.. Ive signed contract agreements upon being an employee of which the owners dont hold up on their end of the deal, stealing me of my money Ive worked earning there, not paying me paychecks that Ive worked, and have broken agreements, even for me having copies of the documentations for proof. Not a dependable, reliable company and Im ashamed to even have them as part of my history. theyve been taken to court upon issues they dont care to be honest about between their parents, employees, and staff.

The staff at the Shakopee location are not child or parent oriented and, per staff, discourage teacher - parent and parent-parent communication. My childs behavior changed to be more aggressive and generally cranky when she began at Alphabet Junction, until we took her to a new school, after which she became her usual self. I do not recommend this facility.

My wife and I are very happy with the care in addition to the love and education that our children have received.
