Bus driver drive too fast and are disrespectful to kids, whenever she comes early she doesn’t open the doors and makes the kids wait outside. Most of the time she is late. When calling the company to ask questions they are rude, and act as if my phone call is inconvenient the first few times I have them the benefit is the doubt becasue they are super busy but after three times I feel it’s more than that and their customer service is lacking.

Worst service ever. Employees are rude. Bus drivers dont come at consistent times or dont want til the scheduled time so kids are always missing the bus. Id rate no stars if I could. When you call they tell you theres no on else they can talk to and Ive had issues since the beginning of the school year with them. My daughter has been late to school on multiple occasions, been forgotten about and even bullied and they do nothing and tell you its your fault. Worst company ever.

I cant put a no star cause that how i feel. I watched a school bus driver hit a man who was in the cross walk. I saw everything happen it was horrible. The driver dont watch. The man was half was threw the cross walk when he go hit.

The bus drivers drive to fast with our kids and when you call to complain no one picks up the phone. I wish Chaska wouldnt use them.
