This is the most awesome Dollar Tree! I go to Dollar Tree stores all over the metro. Thank you for always having this store well stocked, neat, clean and a great location😇! It is always staffed well and the employees are always super helpful and geniunely friendly 😁! I love being able to make quick trips here 💜

While there I needed to use the bathroom but found them locked. I asked an employee if I needed a key and was told to get one from the front. When I said it would be nice if there was a note on the door telling me I needed to do that theyre flipping reply was theyre not allowed to hand write a note.Gee I wonder if theyve never heard of computers and printers....

This was the most organized and well stocked location Ive ever been to. Friendly staff as well! Nice work, Chaska location!

Love this place for simple purchases ... greeting cards, gift wrap, notebooks and file dividers, deodorant, holiday decorations, socks and kitchen storage containers. You never know what youre going to find there ... for $1.

This dollar store seems to not have anything like the other stores I have been in. A lot of the shelfs are empty and the employee dont help much

Pretty good one of the dollar trees i frequent its in the top 3 maybe a bit biased because I like the few in my suburban cities better than the mall ones or downtown simply selection varies slightly and my stores get the good stuff stocked on the shelves before others... Yeah I have actually taken mini vacation day to hit over 8 of the same store same day Lol

Its clean and employees are friendly. They just dont have as much in stock as some of the other dollar trees Ive been to.

Pretty much all Dollar Trees are great. They stock according to the demographics of the the area and what seems to be the most purchased items at that location. SO! If you dont find what your looking for here try another location. Heck, try them all anyways you can always find great items at each location. Keep in mind the store employees do NOT know what will be coming on the truck exactly. They are not franchised so inventory is a massive department with lots of moving parts to keep them all as well stocked as possible. Its my favorite store, all of them!

Nice store clean

I have been to many Dollar Trees and let me tell you about this one in Chaska. This has to be one of, if not the cleanest, most organized and best put together Dollar Tree. The staff, as busy as they are putting items on the shelf are super friendly and willing to help you out. They even have the habit of walking you to an item, not just pointing in the general direction. The staff also is always willing to find an answer or look in the backroom for you. Hands down of of the best Dollar Trees, period.

Just a little rude. Not a lot, just a little bit.Maybe they dont like the job. Too bad for them its called customer service.

Great place for bargains on every day items like body wash ,lotions , even make up and hair brushes. Good selection of household cleaning supplies, air fresheners, craft supplies. Although things get pretty picked over, so stop back if your item is out of stock.

It seems like every Dollar Tree I visit has some staffing issues adding to longer wait times and poorly stocked shelves. Regardless, I cant shop there and spend less than $20!

I was very disappointed today when an employee coughed (not in her arm) with no mask on and came within 2 feet of me. Customers were social distancing. Wish employees were practicing safer guidelines.

Got what i needed as usual!! Great place!!

Store was clean. Things were easy to find. However I unfortunately chose this location over the shakopee location to save time and travel distance and the associates were unable to load my green dot card. Neither of the 2 had been trained on selling/reloading green dot cards. Please find time to train on this as its an item you sell and the reloading is a service your stores provide. I had to go elsewhere which was obviously an inconvenience.

Love Dollar Tree BUT this one is filthy ... They never clean anything. The one on Hwy 7 and 41 is much nicer and do is Waconia

Great Halloween selection this year!

This store has a large variety of items to choose from which is nice. The parents who allow their small children to run around and yell at the top of their lungs for 20 mins I will NEVER understand...I left with a headache and that made me cut this visit short. However, I will return as this store is in the perfect location, next to Coopers in Chaska. Customer service was decent, and there is definitely something for everyone.

The store was completely disorganized, boxes all over the floor, shelves in disarray... Just overall a big mess. Ive been to other dollar stores...they were much better kept. However, I will go back, gonna give them a break ....after all they did just open and it is the Holidays

It was a very clean store and the cashier was fantastic.

This is a new store. I am so disappointed with this store I don’t even want to shop here. It is messy, it is under staffed, the shelves are a mess , and you can’t find things because they are not where they should be. Very very unhappy

I had the most volatile experience Ive ever had in public today March 22 2019, that I have ever had in my 40 yrs. There was an employee named Barb working and she approached my Foster child who was sitting in the cart, being patient while I shopped against the kitchen supply wall.. I was on my phone when she approached my 2 yr.old. She began to touch her.. I turned to her, I said PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH MY CHILD.. She stared at me.. walked away ... came back to turn on the radio right beneath my childs feet and reach up and began tickling the child. She ( child was panicked) ..I again said LOUDER.. WHY DO YOU THINK ITS OKAY TO TOUCH PEOPLES CHILDREN.. She then followed me about 3 isles away and walked up... and poked my child yet AGAIN!She went back up the register, I asked to speak to her supervisor.. she told me im the only one here. I said to her, maam you cant just walk around touching peoples children, thats is not okay. SHE TOLD ME.. I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN OFF MY PHONE AND TOLD HER BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT I WAS TALKING TO SOMEONE ELSE.I said.. SO YOURE TOUCHING ON MY CHILD... BUT THOUGHT I WAS TELLING THE PERSON ON THE PHONE.. IN WHOM YOU DISRESPECTFULLY DISRUPTED MY CONVERSATION... TO PLEASE NOT TOUCH MY CHILD? I called corperate, to no avail..

Too many creeps shop here and bother you. As a young woman shopping alone being bothered by scary weirdos is the last thing i would ever want. The shakopee one is farther but ive never had anyone bother me there before and ive been there many times even past 8. Wouldnt recommend. Ill drive farther for a left alone shopping experience. I dont need to be buying food and trying to check out to have a crazy white dude in a bathrobe not only ask me random sh!t the entire time (follow me around the store) and bother me but ask me to buy his items while standing in line. Dont bother young women while shopping. I will go to the shakopee location every time now. No creeps bother me there and the staff are nicer too.

Great value

One time I was walking into dollor tree for Christmas shopping with my mom (im 11) and things were on the floor and I was trying not to step on things. Also please dont let patents have their kids scream on the top of their lungs for 10 minutes. Besides all of that this dollor tree is a pretty good place. I love how close it is to the apartments and town homes.

You can get Everything for a dollar!!!! Its a no brainier to not shop in there. It can be disorganised sometimes, but the pros ($$$) weighs out the one con.

They didnt have a single chunky permanent marker but I found something I could use.

Cant beat their prices on some stuff.
