The gentleman (Kennedy I think his name was) that helped me in the copy/paper section was one of the kindest and most helpful human beings I have met in a chain store! I ordered a booklet to be made online and because of the way my computer uploaded the picture online for submission, it wasn’t put in the booklet the way I would’ve preferred, which was not a fault of Staples. I asked the gentleman about it and without any hesitation, he said “no problem, we’ll get it fixed the way you wanted it done.” No hassles, no problems, and very kind. I’d give 10 stars if I could! Great customer service! The gentleman at checkout was super kind and attentive as well

I went in at Hamilton place staples yesterday to pick up my order snd of course they could not find it and I was asked was I sure I even ordered it here when I clearly had the copy of the order sheet with me that said staples on it, so today I took back the receipt still they could not find it and a man SAID he was the store manager which I know he was not cause Brian is and then I asked for him to which he answered he would be out of town for 10 days and loudly told me have a great rest of my day 3 times in a very rude smart manner and very rudely asked if there was anything else he could help me with? Which he did not help. This is so disrespectful and disappointing and happens so often at this store it’s so frustrating. I brought my old computer and bought a new system here a moo that ago which they said they would transfer all of the data over on and when I got it back nothing had been transferred after receiving a calling telling me it was ready to go and they had checked and doubled checked both systems. When you own a company and this happens and you depend on a store for their services and get THIS type of crap….

Rebecca, Tech support was amazing. Was very patient and answered many questions. Never tried to hard sell me. I will return to this Staples location to purchase my cell computer related product because of her customer service.

It was a great experience until you had to smell smoke coming from a female employee standing close to the entrance. A gentleman actually had to walk a different way as to not walk past the person smoking.

BRIAN is always so helpful every time I go in there. He has taught me how to print stuff out of emails and how to use the fax machine. His patience is incredible. Love this store and the employees.

Great staff, but you usually can find better prices elsewhere.The staff here get five stars. They are great, very helpful and knowledgable. But the prices like many brick and mortar stores are not the best you can find. But if youre in need of an office supply right away, they are available with reasonable hours. Even a customer arriving minutes before closing is treated with respect at this location.

I needed items printed. I travel across the nation for work and have everything printed. At every other staples its ten minutes for my copies and plans. Here it wont be ready until the next day, and you have to print it all yourself anyways. Whats the point of having a copy and print center with an employee there to help?

I went in to print four classic black & white photos of Santa, the one where Santa drinks a very popular American soda. When I went to print them, the person helping me said that he could not print the photos, because the soda that Santa was drinking had a copyright and Staples cant make money off of another companys copyright. At first I thought: Okay, I get it. Its a pointless corporate policy that you have to abide by.But then I got to thinking: What about that photo I printed off where I was wearing that Eddie Bauer sweater (a copyrighted symbol)? Or all the other photos printed off with copyrighted symbols, be it copyrighted apparel logos, or car logos, or logos on the TV, or logos on the random coffee mug in the background, etc.?In other words, if youre going to enforce a corporate, monopolistic policy, at least be consistent. That way future-me is not worried about printing off a photo because some dude on an I-phone is in the background.Now I understand why my libertarian friends rant and rave about intellectual property laws.

I went in hoping to print some stuff. Stood by the print counter for a while. 3 people were working in the printing area and not one of them acknowledged me. I tried to ask one of them for help, but he said he couldnt help me. One woman made direct eye contact with me and then just turned and walked away. Nobody asked if I needed help or even told me theyd be with me in a minute. I left and went somewhere else.

I would give them 2 starts because they usually only have one register open and today when I went there was a huge line. I stood in line with one item for 10 minutes while two other workers were chit chatting by the customer service desk.

The young lady at the counter need customer service training. I understand being busy but your customers should never feel that effect or hear it in your voice. Every customer is important. The copy / faxing area needs some serious training. Everyone I had an encounter with was lacking customer service training.

I do like the store it is a very clean and the Isles are not all smashed together so you have to squeeze between things; so its always very neat. The staff, Im unsure about. I have only had to ask for assistance very few times, because usually everythings pretty easy to find.

A clean and neat store but... Staff were not attentive to our needs. We went in trying to get copies made but the person helping us didnt pay attention to what pages we needed and made copies of the wrong ones. The copies were made onto a heavier stock paper, so they cost more than just normal copies.

Best service on printing and technical. Faster than internet and elminate mailing and delivery time. Great employees and management team. Think we all need to support local vendors. Robots cant give customer service as well.

Staples Chattanooga Hwy 153 store did not honor the advertised price on an item. Staples advertised a price for an item which I paid for online yesterday. Today I went to the store for pickup for a paid for purchase and they said it wasnt available. They said I could order it for $100 more than I paid the day before. They would not honor the price that I paid before the sale was over. Im very disappointed that they would not honor their advertised pricing. I tried to reason with the manager but he stated that he would not be able to help me even though I paid for the purchase while it was on sale I would have to pay $100 more for the same article today.

I would like to preface this with the fact that I work in retail, and have been in the service industry for the past 7 years. I understand a bad day, and I understand that one employee does not reflect the company as a whole.However.Today I walked in on my lunch break to buy a replacement cartridge for my new printer. I had brought my old cartridge as a reference, and spent a good few minutes searching the dozens and dozens of options. Once I found what I needed, I walked up to the employee sitting behind the printer desk.Excuse me, maam. I said. Could you confirm for me if I have the correct cartridge for my printer? And then I hold up my old and new cartridge.Yep, good job. She says. And as if speaking to a dog, follows up with an exaggerated good giiiirrrrrl and then proceeds to mimic a head patting motion with her hand.I had never been so blatantly patronized by a working employee, so I simply walked away in stunned silence. I wish I had said something in the moment, or had spoken to someone else at the store.If youd like to deal with this woman who shouldnt be within six feet of a paying customer, all I remember is that she was working the printer area desk around 2:40pm on Feb 16th. Possibly short-ish brown hair.Im not here to boycott Staples, but I wont go back to that location because of that one lady. Im sure you dont care about my business, but you should care about the employees you have representing your business.Thanks for your time.

I bought a HP desk top in Nov. 2014. I brought it back for service 4 times before I was finally able to get it home. Jan 2015. Incompetent staff. Was sold Sugar synch, been paying, auto update, but comp. finally died.Got new and Sugarsynch hasnt updated since day I bought it.Bought cloud (Sugarsynch) service and Additional 2 yr service. Computer crashed and couldnt be fixed.Absolutely no confidence in Staples.

Its tax free weekend get more help the product out of stock first day of sale and the very young mgr on duty didnt appear very knowledgeable. If this wasnt enough it was hot inside the store, air on the fritz.

Bought a 50.00 dollar pen to go with I pad, tip fell out - lost .said if they had one in store they could swap it but because they were going to need to order one I would pay full price, I don’t get it.
