My daughter goes to this school and to be honest it’s janky. They cannot keep the school staffed the teachers are always quitting. My child has complained about the different antics in which the teachers they hire are not fully skilled. Her and many other students feel as though they are not heard when reporting to the director. The director has said that if she and the students do not like their policies then this school is not for her. She has voiced opinions about her learning and feel as though no one takes it into consideration and they are doing a disservice to her when it comes to her education. I would not recommend encouraging your kids to go here.

I recently toured 3 of the top cosmetology schools in Buffalo. It is worth mentioning the great experience I had with Kim Carter at Empire. I was met with a cheerful welcome that set the tone for my tour. Kim listened to me and was able to answer ALL my questions. I can’t wait to start!

I am a current student about to graduate in less then a month. This program is great and you get out of it what you put into it. If you have a question just ask and it will be answered. If your willing to do the work you will do great and have opportunities when you graduate. I have had two amazing teachers and I’m very thankful for that.

Im currently a student here and most finished. The staff is nothing short of amazing and caring. Also we have a slot of fun together.

I used to visit this school to get my hair done before COVID and cant wait for them to open again. The students do a really good job on my hair and I miss them.

Great establishment. Went in the morning and was greeted with respect. I have been going here for years. My haircut was great and done nicely in a relaxed manner this morning. I recommend going here for haircuts!

They are all very sweet, understanding and have beautiful attitudes with much patience.Very informative, they are helpful and willing to assist you and answer all your questions... You want to return more and more...Wednesday through Fridays is their busiest time.

The greeting/front desk was wonderful, immediately made me feel welcomed!They explained their services and procedures, asked if I had any questions and told me that my technician would be out momentarily.She was sweet, made polite conversation and was professionally dressed and made up. My manicure was great, she took her time and did a nice job.The polish however was a mess. They had a bucket of polish (not a professional presentation), every brand you could think of, nothing special, most appeared generic, cheap and OLD. Someone needs to go thru it and thin or throw out old polish that will ruin the efforts of the students.***I enjoyed my time, I went home and repainted my nails myself. If you have special plans, take your own color/polish with you!
