By far the worst customer service in any retail store. I like Office Depot but they have to give priority to customers needs and dont tell Why didnt you tell me before about it?. The visit was necessary otherwise I wont recommend anybody to come here.

I visited this Cheektowaga location in search of a white board. As I was walking around the store Tony “sales Manager” had asked if I found everythingIi was looking for. When I reached the checkout the customer in front of me was taking a few moments to cash-out. When Tony noticed I was waiting he immediately opened another register. Thank you for your attention. Great customer service!

Great help when you need to find something. They also have specials like finds under $5.00, buy 2 k-cups and get 2 free. They also run good sales on office supplies, printer ink, etc. 2 locations that I know you, one off Walden Avenue near Target, the other on Transit Road near Eastern Hills mall.

A worker is out here chillin with no mask on with customers her.

Great service and products. I found a good deal on a desk that I wanted on their website and they price matched it for me at their local store. Saved about a hundred dollars thanks to that policy. Ive also had to do a lot of printing at this location and they were very helpful with setting everything up.

Every time I go to Office Depot I get EXCELLENT service! Everyone is so helpful and willing to help you find anything you need. Their rewards program is awesome. I dont know of any company who has a better one! I am a very satisfied customer,

I was able to find what I wanted to buy, even though they have remodeled the store. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

I just was at this store, wanted to buy a speaker, pickup the speaker and color I liked there was only one customer at the cashier took a while to pay but I considered it normal. When I got to the cashier, she did not know how to get the speaker because the box was empty, she had to call the manager by now I had spend 10+ min. Only for the manager to tell me they did not have the color ofered. I upset told him to take away the boxes with that color from the public if the color was not available. He instead laugh. I left the store very disapointed.

Polite, helpful workers. Had what I needed in stock. Clean store. Will definitely be back again.

Nice visit...bought a bunch of tape for $.25 cents...you guys know how I lve a bargain. (I always omit the vowel cuz you can place an o or an i in betweenthe l and v.) Had a great conversation with Cicero the awesome sales associate. Office Depot by the Galleria Mall Rocks!

Horrible service walked in to asked question and left. Got to car and the one question I asked the person working there wasnt answered correctly. Then they closed door in my face. Losing my business forever. Dont waste your time go anywhere elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, reminds me of that scene from the office where they trying to shoot an ad promo and showed how big name chains don’t have anyone you can ask for help. Took about 20 min wait time to find someone.

Its office depot. What am I supposed to say? They do general office supplies. Technology is more expensive than best buy so shop around.

Horrible. Why do they have so many items on display that they dont have in stock. Then all the coupons are only usable online. Stupid.

I had a poor experience here. It isnt easy to find things and the only staff that do anything other than point when you ask where something is is the guy trying to sell an over priced ink jet in an end cap guess he gets a spiff or bonus for selling that.
