Basics came recommended to me by my son’s former baby sitter who also had her son attending here. The first day my son was hesitant about me leaving him but he was okay after a while. The second day my son didn’t even want to go in the building. Once I picked him up that day, I overheard one of the staff talking to the children in a way I didn’t like. I brushed it off and continued taking my son out so we could go home. I then saw another staff member talking to a father and his children about how bad the kids were. When the child tried to speak up she yelled at the child and said she already told him that she wasn’t talking to no more kids today. The fact that she talked to children like that in front of their parents while other parents were around baffled me and made me wonder what was going on when parents weren’t around. My son was taken out THAT DAY. I’d rather pay more money knowing my son is getting treated properly and having that peace of mind when I’m not there. I wouldn’t recommended this facility to ANYONE. A week or two later I spoke to the lady who recommended Basics to me and she had told me she also removed her son for similar reasons.

The school and location is fantastic. Mrs. Lovisi is as sweet and caring as can be! Her experience speaks volumes!

This place sucks.. the dont do anything with the kids they all about money.. the director can barely speak English and does not get involved with the children at all.. it the worst every for summer camp they dont even feed your kids breakfast and they want them to be there early they open at 6 they crazy

Horrible, the receptionists told me that I could NOT register my child because he has asthma but they are MAT certified. That makes no sense, actually its discrimination! horrible place. I wish I could mark NO stars.

The Director / Owner is never in Her Business They Enrollment is Always Low .They Are never hiring I wouldnt recommend this School for No child.
