We remain grateful to a teacher at my daughters school for giving her piano lessons for a few years, but as the world changed we found ourselves in search of a new opportunity. Enter West Main Music Academy! It was the perfect time in my daughters development to pause for a moment and really ensure she understands how to do this on her own (truly read music, technique, theory). What a gift to be able to take into adulthood! The staff at WMMA is exceptional... kind, communicative, professional. Did I mention they LOVE all kinds of music and really know their stuff? Well-rounded. They are located in an area of Cheshire seeking to focus on the arts and I wish nothing but the best with these efforts. We look forward to our weekly piano lessons with Joy, thanks all!

West Main Music Academy gave my son an opportunity to learn music an and early age (5). I have watch him grow as a musician with the professionalism and gentle guidance of all the teachers and staff. I can not express how happy I am that I place like this exists in Cheshire. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in learning how to play an instrument. It doesnt matter the age!

We are started lessons at West Main Academy for virtual piano lessons during the first wave of covid and its has brought a new type of joy into our home. Learning an instrument and how to read music has been a great extension of their other interests and was a perfect activity while being home.West Main Music Academy has been beyond accommodating with navigating our ever changing schedule, switching from virtual to in person and back again. Gary at the front desk always has a smile on his face -you can tell even with the mask- and a general positivity that is infectious. He handles whatever we throw at him with ease.Joy Bellows has been a wonderful teacher to our 14 and 8 year. Shes insightful and has been able to connect with the girls on their levels. Both girls sing her praises and truly value her as a teacher. I highly recommend West Main Music Academy and especially Joy Bellows for lessons.

Cheshire is so lucky to have a place like this in its community. Goes above and beyond for the kids, and makes learning music fun. I have zero musical talent, but dropping off my kids there each week makes me wish I had a place like this to go to when I was growing up. Highly recommend for any lessons across the board.

Strongly recommended for anybody who is interested in improving their technical skills in music - piano, guitar, etc. My son was taking guitar lessons with Luke and just loved it. Amazing educators. We are so happy that they were able to re-open their business!

Absolutely Amazing Experience! I wanted to surprise my wife with Ukulele lessons and Gary and Katie were so incredible and helped me pull together such a great gift/surprise. Frank is the the instructor and my wife said how great and personable he is, especially with beginners! I was worried this gift would backfire but everyone that works there just made it such a wonderful experience and not intimidating at all for newbies.I cant say enough good things about this place!
