I generally love to send thanks to review sites but felt I needed to share my experience both positive and negative. When I began counting the days dancers didnt leave the Encore Studio crying because I lost track of the number of times dancer DID leave crying, I knew there was something wrong. Although I am sure someone will counter my review here it is anyway....At first glance, professional, beautiful locations and a wonderful image. It sold us as it does most. I quickly learned that there is not as much genuine business done with Encore. The behavior from the very young faculty is absurd, no direction from the owner but we all know why now....leadership is poor. Yelling, talking badly about other students and other faculty members happens often. Dissappointed that what was on the inside did not match the glitz on the outside. Fancy costumes and pretty studios are one thing but if it is full of crying dancers ( I WATCHED DANCERS LEAVE CRYING EVERYTIME I WAS THERE) then its time to find a new dance place.
