MY CHILDREN WERE NEGLECTED AND LANDED IN A STRANGER HANDS.Yesterday First day back to school I dropped off my children (1st grade and 2nd grade) to the East Campus and ensured that their transportation issue was settled. Miss Brown was very kind and helpful and provided me with all the necessary information that I took back to my kids teachers. Somehow my second grader teacher decided to put my child on the wrong bus (7724) and of course they pulled the second child from the correct bus to the wrong one.On their way home when asked to get off the bus, my children notified the bus driver that they were not familiar with the area but they were asked to GET OFF anyway and walk home. THAT’S NEGLECT!!!Thank God an elderly lady got them off the street crying and gave me a call.At that point the school was still not able to locate the bus my kids were put into.Although they said the driver will be removed the lesson here I want other parents to learn please don’t let your children ride any Bus until the kids return home with a proper bus tag.I was blessed to get my children back last night but it could have been worse.THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MISSING FOREVER.

A great school! Teachers are very invested in their students and they are very concerned with the well being of the children. School is also very clean inside and out a great environment for children to have the ultimate learning experience! Id recommend the charter school for anyone K-8!

I luv my childrens school. They help children get to and back from school, provide the right amount of discipline. The staff and are helpful, the only thing I wish they could do is help the children from Philadelphia be able to attend the summer program.

Chester Community Charger school is a great and highly recommended grade school. Covering all grades from head start to 8th grade , your child will be guaranteed a supply of great education , a life time of friends to begin each new journey with , and awesome teachers to meet every child’s need! Chester community Charter School , offers after school/ extra curricular activities to keep your child busy and out of trouble , as well as breakfast and lunch and late afternoon snack opportunities during the school day. Chester Community Charter school doesn’t stop the growth when it’s time to graduate 8th grade either , they offer numerous amounts of opportunities and full academic scholarships for children to go to greater high schools outside of the local ones in Chester.

Chester Community Charter School is an amazing grade school. I attended this school from K-8th grade and graduated at the top of my class. With the help of the teachers and staff, I was able to attend the high school of my dreams and now I am a junior at North Carolina State University pursuing a degree in Biology and Psychology. CCCS was not only a great resource and stepping stone for me, but I’ve also seen it be beneficial to others in my family including my younger sister and cousins. You don’t want to miss the opportunity of checking out this school!

I been in this school for a good 2 years the 1st year was when i was in 1st grade it was good my teacher Ms.Riddle was a nice teacher but when I got in 2cnd grade it was a turn on things.1 the teacher would constantly say my name and than call me parents. 2 I was kid about this so please dont judge they gave us chucky cheese things and I had mine and my friend ripped it than I told my teacher but she did nothing about this.3rd the bullying was out of control i used to get bullied a lot the older kids called me names and everything. Im now in 7th grade and the school i go to now vision academy charter school is good at least the teachers care about the kids there. I dont recommend sending your child to this school. But I will give it three stars because when I told the teachers they actually wanted to stop this so thanks Mrs.Riddle and the other

CCCS is an amazing school to begin your learning career. There’s help at every corner, staff that is interested in your child’s education, and overall a fun environment to be in. I attended all the way since kindergarten, and I loved every second of it!

My daughters hair was pulled out on the School bus, which is ran by Total Transportation bus company! The school has nothing to do with this incident because it did not occur on their grounds! The bus company is fully responsible of why THE BUS DRIVER NVER BROKE THE FIGHT UP, y didn’t he ever REPORT IT! He kept on driving while my baby girl who is only 7, she was 6 at the time was screaming n hollering for her life. He ignored, I contacted the school and they got right in the case. So yes I think this is a good school

Dont do it! Dont enroll anyone here!Dont go here! Dont put your kids here! Im a 6th grader who been here for 1 year and I can tell you this is the worse place you would want to put your kids at! Bullying is a problem, teachers is a problem, STAFF being the biggest problem of them all. If you dont take my word for it then enroll your kid here. You will see what happens to your kid when you do. The bullying on the buses, the bullying even in the school and in front of the staff! They think suspension is the fix-it-all to everything.P.S. the kids there are a mess. Both disgusting and unappealing as a learning environment

This school can be AMAZING if it wasnt the fact that they are SO unbelievably uncoordinated. They dont communicate, like at all. The Philadelphia kids seem to get the short end of the stick, CONSTANTLY. Today is the first day of school and same as the last 3 years the bus schedule isnt given to us, not by the company nor the school. And when you call to find out anything smh forget about it. Cause not one person knows whats going on but no they dont tell you they dont know, they say call back if you dont hear from... and if you dont by (insert the day before 1st day of school!!!!!!!) then give us a call. You get nothing and call the school back only to either not be able to reach the bus coordinator or speak to a bunch of someones whom know NOTHING. Oh then the 1st day comes and you (the parents) are sending your kids to a bus stop at all hours of the am just in HOPES the bus will be there. Then a bus finally do and it be late as hell and after the driver will tell you the schedule will be jacked up for a while. As if it EVER not been. Its starting to feel like this thing ONLY goes on with Philadelphia students. They (CCCS) recruit our children for more funding and then forget about them. This school could be great, I give it two stars only cause the teachers go above and beyond to help your child. Everyone else sucks.Im a parent of 4 children in west and east campuses.

And this one star is not deserved. This school is absolutly horrible!!! To began the buses are out of control. My daughters shoes have been thrown off the bus, my son has had red marks on his neck from being choked and Mike Sawyer has done nothing about it. Kids were throwing papers at my kids while they exited the bus and when I confronted the bus driver he says They were just playing. I am absolutly disgusted with this so called charter school. I felt much safer sending my children to a public school. Also they staff are disrespectful when you call no one answers and when I spoke to a woman about how that was not safe she had an attitude. DO NOT SEND YOU CHILDREN TO THIS SCHOOL!

I am so grateful to have attended Chester Community Charter School from grades kindergarten to eighth. This school has provided me with the knowledge I needed to attend high school. Each teacher I had throughout the years of me attending Chester Community Charter School truly cared about my well being and my education. In fact, I still keep in touch with my 6th grade teacher. My guidance counselor, Mr. Battinieri, saw the best in me and deviced to bless me with a four year academic scholarship to Cardinal O’Hara High School. I am so thankful to be able to have been blessed with such a great opportunity. Thank you Chester Community Chart School for paving a way for me. Now, I am currently paving a way for the young scholars that are currently attending this wonderful school.

I would recommend this school for your children. I attended from kindergarten-8th grade and graduated as valedictorian. It is an honor to be part of the alumni of this school. The teachers invest in your learning to make sure you are well prepared for the next steps in education. CCCS help me earn the opportunities of getting scholarships to the best private high schools to further my education. They have definitely grown to expand their many sports and arts programs as well, to ensure that the students are active in the community and to take advantage of the opportunities these programs offer. I am grateful to the administration, teachers, and staff for the opportunity of being a student at CCCS.

CCCS is a wonderful school! I was with this school K-8. The teachers there truly care about you and wants nothing but the best for you. CCCS granted many kids scholarships to private high schools in the tri state area, and I was one of them. I had a 4 year scholarship to Cardinal O’Hara and now I am going into my third year in college. Thank you CCCS for the amazing opportunities!

As a student who attended CCCS from K-8, I had a pretty good experience and was able to obtain a scholarship to Salesianum High school. At first, I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with my high school’s curriculum, but after a week or so, my nerves calmed down and I realized that CCCS did a great job preparing for this type of work. There, I was able to connect with others from vastly different environments than the one I was raised into, and pressed towards my college journey to West Chester University. CCCS does a great job building character and assisting students in seeing a different view on the society we live in.

I attended Chester Community Charter School from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Attending this school gave me resources to discover a high school that would best fit me. I recieved a scholarship to attend a Ursuline Academy in Wilmington, Delaware. This opportunity broadened my aspect of life. In high school I was able to play new sports, connect with people and it created a sense of diversity in my life. Currently I attend Shippensburg University and if it wasnt for CCCS and the opportunities that they provided I would not be where I am now. A part of CCCS will always be with me and I will never forget where I came from.

I went to Chester Community Charter School from kindergarten through 8th grade and I feel like that was very instrumental in helping me to be where I am now. This school has helped prepare and guide me so much. From the teachers and staff, to the students and friends I’ve made at that school and all the experiences and memories we created, I love the chatter school. The Gureghian Foundation Scholarship also was a huge thing for me because it afforded me the opportunity to a greater education at a very prestigious highschool, Archmere Academy. I would not have been able to afford this school on my own and the Gureghians and Mr. Mark Bartinieri made sure I did not miss out on this opportunity and I’m forever grateful. Also, the teachers had a hand in it too because Archmere has a very vigorous learning environment and I never felt like I couldn’t keep up there. I just love Chester Community Charter School and am very grateful that I went there.
