Im not even sure where to begin with this, so I will go ahead and jump to my conclusion:Alli Crone is extremely rude, condescending, has no patience, and I do not understand how she still has her job. This is also the first time I have ever experienced blatant gaslighting like this, trying to make me feel crazy, in what is supposed to be a professional environment -- I suppose, under the assumption that Im inebriated or something and do not understand logic and/or English -- for not understanding how their system works, as opposed to walking me through it. At first I assumed that the low ratings were simply a result of nobody enjoying going through the ASAP program required by the state (understandable), however, my experience reveals very quickly that there is more to these ratings than meets the eye. Having said that, this review will not be the last this location hears from me. Outrageous!!

Wow! i call to follow up on my enrollment process and i was made to feel like i was a pain in their you know what? i am so glad that we are given an opportunity to rate this business! now i feel better.

Ive been respectful and professional reaching out to my case manager through email because they never answer the phone and dont respond to voice messages. I was just blocked by email

The driving class wasnt bad. Instructors were nice. The people in the Chester office, not so much. Call and ask a question, they are short, and dont sound very happy to help. Ask to pick papers up, and they mail them 🙄 but if anything gets lost in the mail, they will not replace them....

Have not been able to contact my case manager for months. Employees act as if theyre doing you a favor, rather than it being their job. A document that was meant to be sent a YEAR ago is nowhere to be found and is preventing me from getting my license. Ive been waiting for over a year in total for a mistake made on their part.Edit: See, even in the response to a negative review they find a way to tell me its my fault... without even knowing my identity.

Other than one super sweet lady named Jackie, everyone at this office that I’ve had the displeasure of speaking too, has been nothing but uncouth, unhelpful, and flat out rude. What does your job consist of if you literally can’t answer a single question about what I’m suppose to be doing? How are you a case manager? What exactly are you managing? Useless, is the only word I’ve been able to spit out of my mouth about the people that work in this place. I’m sorry to anyone who has to come into contact with them. Especially Katherine. Her attitude would make a toddler shake its head. If you happen to see this KATHERINE, please tighten up grumpy. You could walk past flowers and they would probably die. Life ain’t that bad you miserable broad.

Very rude will not call anyone back. Ive finished my class months ago they still will not give my completion form but they keep taking money and having classes i need that form to drive im getting ready to loose my job because i cant get my form#theydontcare

I have had a very positive experience with Tom Bowman. My first instructor (I had to repeat the class because I was in the hospital) was a very difficult person to deal with. My second instructor, Ms. Shears, wasnt just there doing a job, but really cared about the people in her class. She was AMAZING.I see negative comments posted, but we all got ourselves into a position to be in ASAP. They arent just out to get our money. They are providing a service that has been required by the state. They arent just providing classes, but they are our liaison with the courts and they monitor our progress.Kudos to them. I wouldnt want that job.

Terrible waste of time. Waste of money. It does not work. This is just a form of punishment. DUI rates and deaths have dropped but no thanks to this program. You can thank the likes of Uber and Lyft for that! This is not the answer. Bring on driverless cars please😂. Don’t be ashamed post a review someone from the outside might eventually get the message.
