This facility is the worst ever. Last year I tried to schedule a riding lesson for my daughter for her birthday. They were rude and not accommodating. I figured it was because of the worldwide pandemic and wanted to give them another shot this year for my daughters birthday. I called three months ago and scheduled this riding lesson. It was scheduled for 9am on Sunday. I get a call at 3pm Saturday with a voice message saying they were having a conflict and needed to reschedule. I get a call an hour later saying never mind they worked it out everything was perfect and still on for 9am. Then I get a text message at 11pm from Chrissy saying they have a conflict with a pony and that the pony is in a show and they can’t teach my daughter. Couldn’t they have worked all that out being that I scheduled this 3 months in advance!! And a text message almost midnight the night before your appointment? How unprofessional! I scheduled my life around this for my daughter for her birthday. I am livid. This place is an embarrassment. There are so many other riding clubs around I’m shocked these people are still in business. I never write reviews, but I couldnt believe how this was handled. I had to warn others. NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE!!! IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Not sure why my review did not go through the first time but lets try this again! Great place but with all great places, its the instructors that make this one worth going to. Very laid back atmosphere, the instructors are great with all age groups. I talked to many other riders who always have the same kind of attitude; How many years have I been riding? Well, the only ones that count are the ones I did here. Thats the level of instruction you get. Highly recommend.

I was really nervous starting lessons again, after not riding for about 10 years. But, I felt that my experience today was absolutely wonderful. Julia was really fantastic at giving reminders on proper body mechanics on horseback, and she was a genuinely positive person. I left feeling confident, accomplished, and happy with my decision to begin riding again. Of course, the horse I rode today Mirage was absolutely wonderful as well! Cant wait for my next lesson!

Chester Riding Club is as good as it gets! I bought my pony with Jamie and Sarah 4 years ago and competed in the childrens hunters and equitation and then sold him and bought my current horse, Toffee, that I now jump 1.15 with. Everyone here is a big barn family and we have fun every day. We couldnt be happier with our choice of barn!

Shipped a horse, Charmeur P, to this facility from Lexington KY, Sarah agreed to the payment cost on behalf of the customer and set up the shipping in May of 2019, but never alerted customer the cost. I was given no contact information for the customer throughout this process. Finally found a Facebook, after several requests for payment customer acknowledged she was never aware there was a shipping bill, claimed shed pay and then proceeded to block my account. Chester Riding Club will not take responsibility to this open account despite certified letters being sent demanding payment. Do not do business with this group unless you request cash upfront before providing any type of service.

We are so happy to have found this place. We were riding in another barn for a few years and recently moved here. Its warm and friendly environment and my son has progressed so much in such a short time. I would definitely recommend.

I have been riding at Chester Riding Club for 3+ years and love the trainers and horses. It is a great place to learn how to ride and train for competitive showing! I now have my own horse and a wall of ribbons! Thank you CRC!

There is a trainer here that catches horses in the mouth over jumps/does not release. She is constantly pulling them while over jumps and has very harsh hands. It is abusive and rough on the horse, and will eventually mess them up very badly. The facilities are nice, but they should know better hiring someone like this lacking knowledge of training
