Before sending our daughter to KinderCare we used a nanny. I thought that was more personal for our daughter.The ladies at KinderCare are wonderful, the teachers and staff work together for the benefit of your child.They also work with Daddy’s who want to drop their daughter off late, so they can go on a breakfast date.The updates throughout the day are amazing. It gives me something relevant, to ask her about on the way home, hopefully reinforcing that day’s learning.🙏

The best decision I made for childcare provider. The staff is professional, caring and exceptional. They don’t treat your child as just a number but they treat your child as if your child is part of their family. The safety measures and precautions they implemented during this pandemic is outstanding and I don’t worry about my child at the daycare center.The Director Ms Tanya she runs a top notch daycare center. Her level of professionalism, attention to detail and care of all children is superb. She knows all the parents and kids by name. Plus she takes the time to greet and talk to parents during drop offs and pick ups to check in on parents and kids. It shows that she cares about kids and parents wellbeing.. I would highly recommend this daycare center.

Absolutely love everyone there! The employees there treat us all like family and our daughter loves to go every day. The added feature of the app and getting updates throughout the day is great.

I can’t say enough good things about our Kindercare. Tanya and her team take such good care of our daughter and take such a burden off of full time working parents. From the early drop off, to late pick up times they’ve got us covered. We couldn’t believe that they also bus the kids to and from school. We are so fortunate to have found this childcare for our daughter. She loves here and they love her right back!

RUN! Run far away and as fast as you can! This is the most “lack of supervision” facility I have ever seen!

This place is absolutely phenomenal!! My daughter began attending KinderCare (Chester,VA) four years ago in the advanced four-year-old classroom with Ms. Lauren. She then transitioned to before and after school care during the school year and summer camp in the summer. I have nothing to say but great things about this facility. From the cleanliness, to this friendliness of the staff , to the amazing parents (like myself 😊), I highly recommend KinderCare to anyone that is in need of childcare. I have never had to worry about my daughter and her safety while she’s there. In addition, she’s treated fairly and most importantly the children are taught to respect each other and play together daily. My daughter sometimes require additional TLC, and hugs are given freely to her which she loves. On a daily basis, I interact with Ms. Amy, Ms. Tanya, Mr. T, and Ms. Amber and they are by far the best providers I have encountered ever. KinderCare now has an app which keeps me abreast of daily activities to include pictures which is comforting as a parent. Please schedule a visit to view the facility and meet the amazing staff. I promise you will not be disappointed and your child will love it as well!

KinderCare has the best staff. I could not have asked for better people to care for my four year old. With the challenges of delayed development and limited mobility and communication, the teachers, assistants, and administrative staff were able to draw out the best in her and help her make the biggest leap forward. Their empathy and understanding went above and beyond and the joy of having them treat her like every other child was invaluable. I am so grateful for our experience here.

KinderCare in Chester is a wonderful daycare for children. This daycare has amazing staff, very friendly, very caring. My 4 year old son is going to KinderCare family. It was really hard for my son to start a daycare because we had a bad experience with another daycare before. KinderCare helped my son get used to the environment within one week. They also have a variety of activities for children. By attending this school my son has become more social and made friends. My sons teachers are wonderful and patient with all children , when he comes home he tells us enjoyable and positive memories he’s made with his teachers and friends. I would highly recommend Chester KinderCare to every parent that’s looking for good care for their children. I am glad we finally found the perfect child care for my son.-Nasiba M.

The minute I waked in to get a tour Tanya made me feel beyond welcomed. I love how on the app I can check up on my little ones constantly getting updates on how they’re doing. I knew this was the best place for my kids when I picked up my daughter and she started crying because she didn’t want to leave lol. I normally give real reviews and this place I definitely recommend!!

Just like any place you go, nothing is going to be perfect. But overall I love this facility and so do my children. The two directors, Ms. Amy and Ms. Tanya, are the best women ever and they will do whatever they can to make things great for me and my children.

I wish I could give more stars for Kindercare! My son has been going since September and enjoys his time so much at Kindercare! He has made a lot of new friends since starting. When i first walked in to do a tour they made him feel so comfortable! Informed me all the fun activities they have for the kids for before & after school care. I love that I get daily updates on the app regarding his daily activities. The facility is very clean and the staff is so welcoming! I adore my son teachers Ms. Amber, Mrs. Tanya and Mrs. Amy! Kiddos Kindercare for being great!!

I love kindercare so much is would recommend it to anyone! The staff was truly amazing and helped a lot with potty training. The kids were never bored and had amazing activities like water day which is so cool. Ms. Tanya and Ms. Amy were also amazing and always checks on me and my son to make sure we were ok. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS SCHOOL😊😊

I love KinderCare! Both of my daughters attend the chester location and they absolutely love it! They have learned so much and the staff is phenomenal! I reccomend KinderCare to anyone I know looking for a daycare and theyre nationally accredited! My daughters get good healthy meals and snacks. This place is the greatest!

Was told by the director over the phone that there was an opening coming available in 2 weeks. When I arrived for the tour she seemed taken aback. She took all of my information and sent me on the tour. The classroom teacher confirmed that a slot would be coming available in 2 weeks. When I returned to speak with the director. She told me that they had just given away their last slot and no slots were going to become available in the near future. This was in direct conflict with what she originally said and what the teacher confirmed. Sounded suspicious. Reeked of racism.

I just cant say enough wonderful things about this daycare! My son went there from 18 months old to almost 6 years old. Everyone is just so sweet and caring. They truely care about your childs wellbeing, and education. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. They even have an app now that tells you when they are dropped off, what the food sceduled is, pictures from the days activities, and pickup. Great for when a spouse drops off or picks up. My son especially loves the playground. The staff is superb! We start kindergarden soon and wont be using them on a regular schedule but will utilize the drop in status for school closings. We just love Kindercare!

I came to this establishment a few months ago to inquire about daycare because I was having issues with the previous one. I was told it will be a month before an opening will come available. It was fine because after touring the facility and meeting everyone, I was at ease knowing that it was very different than the other daycare I had my child at. When it came close to time, the director was in contact with me to make sure we were all set for when my child arrive. Since being here, I haven’t had any major issues happen (knock on wood) but nothing other than what you would expect from a daycare. I am truly happy with my service as we are always greeted and given attention when we arrive and when we leave...good ol’ Customer Service!I would recommend that if you do tour the faculty and make contact such as what I did, ask when they will have availability and lock your spot so that you show you are serious as it’s always someone else out there looking just like I was but because I knew the spot was a month out and to avoid taking a risk of losing that spot, I secured it after my tour. It’s always helpful and you wouldn’t have no worries when it comes close to time of need.

There were several occasions I had cause for concern with my child. The director was not friendly and quickly tried to place blame on me for any issue that arised that caused me concern.He had some attachment/separation issues when he started and it was made a big deal about him bringing in a small toy from home. For both him and I it made the transition so much easier in the mornings. The director tried to say it made it harder on them to get the toy/object but the teacher told me otherwise. For a place that’s supposed to be knowledgeable about child care development, they aren’t knowledgeable at all and need some refresher courses and training.For three days my son had the same pull up on that I had put on him that morning. I was told I should’ve spoke up sooner, I shouldn’t have had this issue and my son shouldn’t have had to wear a soiled pull up.He was constantly sick and when I asked the director to make sure that their was proper hand washing hygiene she blamed that he was sick from his older brother. No mater what time I picked him up he was always filthy and had mulch on him or in his clothes. The director is extremely defensive and doesn’t know how to handle consumers or parents concerns.I picked him up one day and went to the store and he peed on himself, they hadn’t put a pull up on him.Not that it matters but we paid $219 of our own pockets for him to attend this daycare and I felt like my concerns were never handled respectfully from the director and I didn’t like the way she placed blame on me. There were other wonderful teachers there and my son may have continued to stay their if issues would’ve been handled better.

These people left my 2-year-old outside by himself in December and then did not tell me about it for 2 weeks. Dont use this place without checking the social services website!

I like all teacher there. my kid grow up here.
