This company was contracted to transport my child with Autism. It has been reported to me that the driver was disrespectful, the vehicle smelled strongly of smoke, and that she listened to music very loudly. None of which my son can tell me about. They have been over an hour late on more than one occasion, and repeatedly lied to us to cover up their mistakes. I would not trust them to transport children, and Im sure adults would not want that type of treatment either.
One of your drivers illegally passed me and cut me off while driving my son home from school today. She pulled out from behind me into a left hand turning lane then crossed back over into my lane with no turn signal almost hitting the front of my vehicle. I wrote down the tag number and vehicle number and will be reporting her asap. I really hope there wasnt any children in the van that boasted school students on the back as she showed no regard for their safety or the drivers around her.

My daughter has Down Syndrome & we have be using this service for a couple of yrs. now. Im going to give them a 2. Shes non-verbal, so she cant tell me why the attendants are not watching her! In the past 2 wks., they have not been watching her on the van & she has gotten into her school bags & lost her hearing aids! The van broke down so they sent a car, but now she has to go another 4-6 wks. to get new ones. They just came back after a previous 4 wks for repairs & she loses them in 2 days! Now, her Physical Therapist calls me today to let me know that Adrianna got off the van w/out her DAFOS. Apparently, she took them off while on the van & no one stopped her. Thank God, they found all the pieces. I confronted the Aid but she claimed my child took them off, she put them back on again, but I dont believe her. These are pretty complicated to put on (braces). You have to know what leg., r/l & where & how the other pieces go. I would use this service if you didnt have to. Too bad, theres no way to report these people.
The worst company in the world to work for..dont do it Mcdonalds pay more than these guys,you will bring home $140.00 a week,a waste of time.
