This is the best Dollar Tree in this area. They always have good stock of items and is kept very clean. One of the two favorite I have in the Richmond area. Staff is always courteous and helpful.

Omg this is THE most dirty and disorganized store I’ve EVER been in. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year and no toilet paper or hand soap. Which is weird because hey it’s only a dollar each right?! So that means the none of the employees are washing their hands or their bottoms I’d guess either. Omg I’m gonna barf! SO DISGUSTING!!! I wish I had taken a photo to add to this. I have no honest idea how this location has 4 stars!!!!!People were nice though lol

This is a great dollar tree to visit. They have a good selection and the store is not a mess like some of them can be. I always am able to find what I am looking for and I get in and out fairly quickly.

Family Dollar has everything that you can imagine and the store from toys to things that you need in the kitchen its a very great place to shop and cheap everything is a dollar

This place has good days and bad days. Early morning is great because the shelves are stocked, its clean, and hardly any shoppers are there. Around lunch and afterwards though it gets chaotic and messy. You can get frozen vegetables for cheaper at Aldis, better made kitchen utensils at Big Lots, and healthier food for sale elsewhere. This place shines with holiday cards, gift wrapping, decoration pieces for DIY, dishes, and tupperware. Ive sometimes found a good book too. Theyve got decent snacks (especially for movie nights) and cleaning products. Always check online for what youre looking for and go early to avoid the crowd.

Need to open more registers. Also dont leave excess merchandise in the middle of the aisle. Find some more appropriate time to stock the shelves. It can be dangerous to consumers and staff.

We went to two different Dollar Trees. The one in Colonial Heights on the Boulevard had one item my friend was looking for and the other location on Jeff Davis in Chester had the other item my friend was looking for. It was an easy ride and an easy find.

Went to this store about a week ago and the cashier/manager Allen was very helpful. I couldnt find certain items I needed for a party even though they were very busy he stop what he was doing helped me find everything on my list and even open his line for me and other customers. Will definitely be returning!!

A little Custer Service doesnt hurt even if the products are low cost. I called ahead to ask for a product and told it was available and of course i drive over and its not. A simple fix would have been to ask me to wait a moment while you checked even if it was going to take a few minutes. Not to mention when i told you about the situation you guys showed no empathy.

Under new management. This location is on the smaller side than the one in Chesterfield Meadows but for the most part has all the same items. Friendly staff

They try hard to have item out for customers know whats needed the most

Parking lot had glass and trash in spots. Store was clean, organized. Cash registers are so close to isles when lines form you cant get down the rows you need. Nor can you figure out which line is to which register.

Well-organized & usually has items I need/want. Cheap but pretty good quality items. Sometimes long wait at Checkout (probably due to DTs popularity). Their employees are friendly, concerned, friendly, & very helpful each time that I visit there. :-)

Super packed, cashier was not wearing a mask nor did she have one close by..... the stocker was unmasked as well and “bullying” people down the aisles with NO MASK!!!

Today, I arrived when the store was supposed to be open (8am), and it wasnt. Apparently, the manager hadnt shown up. Very poor running of a store. That said, the time before when I came, it was a very good experience. So, three stars.

OMG...I know its not exactly a high class kind of place, I didnt expect but so much...but the first employee (of 2 total) I encountered not only ignored me, she started to whistle very loudly and very obnoxiously. I probably would have spent more than $2.11 if my senses werent being assaulted. Also, my only purchases were a 4-pack of toilet paper and a set of 2 ice cube trays--I left with each one in its own plastic bag...even though I didnt really want them in any bags; I just wanted to get out of there. The only cashier appeared to be the manager, and the line was at least 6 people deep. Ugh.

Everything is always a 💲 Dollar Tree is not like any other Dollar Store. Other Dollar Stores charge you more than a dollar. I go there to buy Aluminum Foil pans. You can also buy inexpensive utensils for a college student. Or donate to needy family or irganizations.

I like it because I dont need to travel 10 miles to the nearest store. Overall pretty much like Walmart but at a cheaper price. Depending on the time of day make sure you have time and patience on your hand. Check out can be a little lengthy (just like Walmart) but....you will find great bargains.

Go in for one thing and always end up buying a cart full of stuff. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful and it is always clean.

Chris was extremely rude to my autistic son and me. He didnt even wrap my glass items. He just threw them in the bag. When my son handed him the money, he rolled his eyes. I dont know what his problem is but I will ask for management nect time.

Called the store looking for a particular kind of pub glass, one of the female workers on duty asked the male manager to help her put the bar code in to see if they had any in stock, the manager, clearly heard over the phone stated that he was not going to search to see if they had the product, to tell me that if it was not on the shelf, they did not have any.if i could give 0 stars i would, wont shop here.

The whole store was a mess. Toys all over the floor and other iskes not much better. Couldnt find a couple things I needed that I always get at dollar tree. This used to b a good store, not so much anymore. Cards were a mess not in right places.
