Worst office on the world very bad services. Widener University is not cheap they have to understand the problems that what parents and students had to face in order pay for this school or for any school. However, when ever I call the I hear I cant help you with that. Then why these people doing the job there go home and relax. 😡

I am currently a nursing student at widener. Lipka Hall which is the enrollment services and financial aid office is very helpful. The staff there are very friendly and try to get what you need resolved as fast as possible. There is not a lot of parking in there parking lot so I would suggest finding one close and walking there. Also sometimes there can be a long line so.just be prepared to wait.

Our daughter loved her time at Widner. Her professors were great, and she got a solid education. The administration, bursers office, and housing offices however, are completely and totally incompetent. Repeated housing issues, incorrect bills, and more every year for 4 years. Unconscionable that a leading business management school cant manage their own way out of a paper bag.

Have to email and call multiple times to get things changed on your billing account and then wait weeks. They always blame it on that they are super busy, but if they are so busy and cant keep up why doesnt Widener hire more people?
