Shelves are always empty. Will drive across town to go to a Dollar Tree thats actually stocked.Not worth stopping in at this one, thats for sure.

Idk what people expect for a cheap store that probably pays minimum wage, its empty kind of often but... Its the dollar store. 🤷‍♀️ For me, its fine.

All the merchandise wasnt on the shelf there was nothing in the store I would have spent a lot more money if they would have had their shelves stocked the reason they get a three-star review though is their staff was friendly

Our Dollar Tree is a hidden gem. Everything is 1$, and they offer a large variety of items. The store is always clean, well organized and the staff members are always friendly and helpful.

Dirty, nothing stocked, freezer items melted on shelves. It use to be a decent store.

The store is the closest to my house and is ALWAYS EMPTY. What is happening???

This location is often under-stocked, or has completely empty shelves. Usually messy, with boxes of merchandise clogging the aisles. Believe it is a corporate issue, as they always seem to be understaffed too.

Good store but people not wearing masks inside like sign says. All you non mask wears are so selfish n disrespectful... Your rights are not being violated by wearing a mask!!! You have no right to risk other peoples safety!!!!... If a store is going to mandate in store mask wearing then why isnt it enforced????Never enough cashiers. And the cashiers are not good at all.

Went in for some decent kitchen utensils and general supplies. Was able to get enough items for college bound kid while staying in budget.

Great place to pick some things up usually have something I need and its always a dollar.

In the past few months Ive noticed a large change in presentation. Also notice friendlier staff; much friendlier.

The employees are very friendly,and the bargains you may find are great! The only problem is all the empty shelves. They seem to have more empty spots than products, and if they do have product its still in boxes on the floor needing to be stovked.

This store is a bargain shoppers dream. Ill admit its not terribly well kept as far as cleanliness, but the incredible stuff they have priced at a dollar is nuts. We stocked up on daily essentials and left with half what he had planned on spending. I will definitely be returning, this place is great on the wallet.

I love Dollar Tree in general. This location though is usually messy. A lot of times employees are on their phones. Which doesnt bother me unless their is like no room to walk around because there are boxes everywhere. I prefer the other one for cleanliness, but this one is usually nicer.

Found A LOT of items I didnt know would be here. Lots of birthday party favors!!!! The price is awesome. Went in to look, and ended up with a cart FULL!!!! FOIL PANS, DISHES FOR OUR RV....TONS of things to keep our RV STOCKED TO THE BRIM !!! I WILL DEFINITE RETURN!!!!!

My go-to dollar store in Cheyenne. It is close to my house, easy to navigate and everything is literally a dollar. Great place to pick up cards and items for crafts, just remember you get what you pay for.

I can go here to get just one thing that I want and I will find 4 or more things that I need. This is great place to shop because of the variety of the products that this Store has.

Today very busy. Great Valentines day card, gifts, balloons. Always great deals.

They were out if fingernail clippers and other items were empty on the shelves also.

This store had so many box and was a mess ever were you look I walked dow 3 Isles and left with nothing. They need to shut the store down to fix this. Its usually always a mess but this was bad wish I would of taken a picture to show how bad it was.

I love shopping here. I mean, you get what you pay for; everythings a buck... but its a great place to stock up for birthday party favors, stocking stuffers, Easter basket fillers, etc...

That old lady that you guys got idk who she is but every time I go there and go in her line she puts chemicals in with my food products and today when I went in there and confronted her about it she was like this is no chemicals in this bag and there was deodorant in my food and that was noodles and chicken Patties so I said yes there is the deodorant she must of didnt like when I confronted her about it but I did it in a nice manner and she got ugly with me,so she hurried up and finished scanning my items and the total came to $34 I have never spent that much with you guys.But Im not mad at the price Im mad at the old lady DOSE IT EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE.YOU DONT MIX CHEMICALS AND FOOD TOGETHER IN THE SAME BAG THATS CALLED CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!😠😠

Store is so dirty and messy. Floor looks as though it has not been swept or mopped in months. Do not even feel like shopping in there.

System was out of wack. Had to wait a few minutes at the register before someone showed up for me to pay. Not much to complain about something where everything is a dollar, but the variety of what I was looking for is small.

I always find something fun at Dollar Tree. Staff is great!

They always have a good selection of cheap good quality stuff.

Rude people not friendly will tell at a cashier for a,line but not open their drawer. Do not have a clue on policies and all around cluster.

I love the prices, Absolutely. However this exact location on lincolnway in cheyenne is an absolute disaster. The bottom of every shelf is piled with random things at least a foot high in most places. It is more similar to a crappy thrift store in organization, Indicating that managment sucks. The staff are always friendly and helpful, But holy cow is this an actual business or a garage sale? Every visit for the last several months i have had to dig in piles all over the store. Not professional at all. Awesome staff,Terribly managed store. The location on the other side of town puts this one to shame.

Store glass was so filthy that i was scared to touch anything in the store! Evidently there is no pride by corprate or local management in the way the store presents it self to the public.

I like this store a lot. Though they could use more cashiers.

Cheap prices and quality but that was not the issue. Every time we shop here I never see more than one cashier with a huge line. Takes long to check out than the shopping itself.
