The dignity with which all persons in need are treated is amazing. I can truly say this organization has saved me from what would have been some very dismal times in my life. Thank you.

This place is fabulous for our community. They have a food pantry, clothing room for clothes for your whole family, and other community resources for those in need. A wonderful resource.

This is a good organisation that cares about putting food on tables. They got right to me, answered my questions, and I felt like they actually listened to me. Im glad I went, and Im grateful for the staff and other volunteers donating their time. Good people.

I HAVE USED NEEDS BEFORE IN THE PAST AND WAS ALWAYS GRATEFUL FOR THE HELP THEY HAVE GIVEN ME. HOWEVER I HAVE ALWAYS FELT THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDED IN ORDER TO GET A FOOD BOX IS A BIT EXTREME. ALMOST LIKE YOU ARE APPLYING FOR CREDIT OR BUYING A HOME. ITS JUST A FOOD BOX, AND IF PEOPLE COME FOR ONE ITS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO FOOD .THAT HAS ACTUALLY DETOURED ME FROM GOING THROUGH THEM BEFORE. OTHER THAN THAT I AM HAPPY THEY ARE HERE FOR TIMES OF NEED.

My frustration is the requirements. Have to be a resident for 45 days?? We just moved here w what fit in suitcases had to leave most our stuff behind so I went there to get help w food and I got 3 onions, 3 bags of nasty chips, 2 1 day til expired salads, just nothing the kids would eat for sure. I saw canned ravioli, mac n cheese, vegetables, and I asked how do I get food my kids will eat and vegetables? He just said commodities only! I wouldnt go if I didnt really need the help they should give everyone the same kind of food...feels like disinigration I left pretty upset.

Good place to get clothes for all ages. Wish they had more household items. Big items and furniture. Nice people working there.

These people are so kind and helpful. The older man at the front desk is probably one of my favorite people ever...he is just the kindest, most patient soul!

It sounds like Needs Inc.has gone down hill since the last time I lived there in 87. My mom used to volunteer there every day, thats when they were in a pink looking house with brown trim. They would help out any one that needed it and not ask questions.it didnt even cost you a dollar like someone said in a post. I know you people are getting funds why cant you go back to the way you were in 87. Help the people and homeless dont ask 20 thousand questions.

I already posted publicly on my experience there...it was so terrible....the small lady up front that looks latino was so very rude to me and was throwing the things in my box...whispered to Michael about whatever pointing at me...they basically gave me absolutely nothing I could use...I know there are people that need the food and clothes but from what I experienced today I would rather eat my coffee table and run around naked before I ever go back there....so I threw all that nasty so called food in the trash....I would rather starve than even use a piece of what they gave me today....btw...I wasnt there last week...it was today...sept 7

I had just moved here from Oregon, and I have 2 little kids. Jobless starting with my mom, I came in for food and was told no because I had not lived in the state 6 months. Then after 6 months was told no again because I had no food stamp print out. Even though I had everything else required, even a letter from landlord!Uw
