After almost two months, I only use it couple times, its a very good class, if bookkeeping business is for you or any kind of business, this is definitely for you.But unfortunately, I remember they tried to teach you to be different than other bookkeepers and be more personal and caring, but themselves not doing what they teach.I tried to get refund after couple months, its my fault that pass 30 days refund window. But I actually had to deal with my relatives death in overseas, and a lot legal matter when I was the only one could do it. Busy of me miss the chance. So I emailed them to explain, bookkeeping isnt my things after sign up and learn couple classes , could I just refund certain amount and I explained my situation of frustration. They were very business, which its good, polite. I called them explaining, they never call back instead email again. Hows that different and personal?! Maybe no need to refund but at least be personal and to be kind. I never heard they said a sorry or any sort of kind word of my heartache of whole sad news but straight point very corporate businesses like or actually even worse.Thanks for the great class, but if you want to teach to be different and personal, then start from your own business.
