This academy is highly recommended. It is the best. I answered all 85 questions in less than 50minutes with ease. It was so easy because it was exactly what we were taught in class. Highly qualified lecturers. High level of discipline. Integrity is her watch word. In-depth teaching and practical classes. Thank you from the depth of my heart

I took the CNA program and I learned all the things I needed to know here to pass the state board. Mrs. McCarthy is very passionate about teaching and HONEST. I would recommend it.

I called at 5:57pm to ask a quick question about days and times of their CNA program. The man that answered said Hello. Thats it. No Hello, Excelsior Health Academy, how can I help you? Im a manager at a university front desk and 18 year olds have better customer service than that. I asked Is this Excelsior Healthcare Academy? and he said yes but were closed. I hate to be that person, but you were still open for another 3 minutes. Also, if youre closed, you shouldnt have answered the phone. I asked when theyre open next, assuming hed say 9am on Monday. He said Monday at 3:30pm. I said thanks and hung up. Ill take my money somewhere else thats polite and personable, thanks :)

Its very safe and a good place for CNA

This place is dirty and it doesn’t even look like a school I couldn’t believe how bad and dirty it looked I went in to talk to somebody about the programs they offer and the lady I guess who owns the place was acting very unprofessional and ignorant... I’m glad I’m not spending my money or my time here. I do not recommend this school.

I completed a CNA program here long time ago. It was a great experience. Ill recommend this program to anyone interested in a CNA program. They also have a phlebotomy program.

Very unprofessional. The phone number they provided is out of service. I finally found another number, when I did, the phone receptionist did know A THING. I asked to speak to someone that could answer my questions about their phlebotomy program and she gave me South Suburban college phone number. I WHOLE joke.

Finished this class 5 years ago and could never get a job.... Waste of money for me.
