It’s a good company to work for especially if you’re just starting out in the security field. It’s an easy job. Go to work on time, dressed, and prepared to actually work. How hard is that? They try their best to accommodate your schedule. Worked with some “characters” but if you avoid drama and actually do your job, you’re good!

Awesome company to work for. The schedule works amazingly with my life and family. When I say perfect I mean perfect. Allows me the right amount of time to have a serious life compared to other companies who could care less. They work with you, not against you. The job is seriously easy. A 2 years old can do it. I don’t understand how anyone can get fired, unless they were not working or kept making mistakes that cost them their job. It’s security, it takes common sense, the ability to know this is not a sit down and be lazy job and you must of course look professional at all times. How hard is that? It’s not. Totally love it. Also the training I received through the company was awesome. There are other trainings they offer and I plan to take them all. To be able to train for a company and they actually hire you on is awesome. Thanks again for the great opportunity!

I never received my last paycheck was told to return uniform but agreement from beginning was I would buy my own uniform.I started with a 6 day work schedule which I was told would be permanent but slowly I would end up with 4 day weeks.Edit: Company policy doesnt dictate law. So I expect my W-2 before the end of the month.Also my last paycheck was more than enough to cover what I had left to pay on the uniform and than some.Edit: Like I said I got my W-2. I’ll be putting a complaint in with department of labor for not getting my money. I kept track of my hours always do. I didn’t work 2 weeks there just shows the turn over rate I feel bad for the owner for the POC manager he’s got.

This is a excellent place to work. I got a chance to work Lollipalooza and other fun festivals. While I was there they took great care of us (lunch, snacks, drinks, breaks) they dont just leave you on a post somewhere to rot. then I worked my way up to being a clinic officer. Now I earn better than a living wage, full benefits (vacation, sick time, health, and retirement). Also the uniforms look cool...

Low pay, tight with hours, I believe company is pocketing most of the money from contracts and paying employees crumbs

I love the company but my co-workers are a different story. Most of the officers I worked with were great and did their job. But there were a few that just sat around and complained when it was time to do their rounds. Tell you the truth as long as you show up on time, do your job duties, and report incidents properly, you good. The only workers that have issues are the lazy ones that wanna just get paid for sitting around and doing nothing. Then they wanna sit up here and put bad reviews because they got themselves fired. If you do what you supposed to do then you have no problems at this company. If you show up late, break rules, dont do your job, then you get fired. Period. As far as Im concerned fire all them bad lazy complainers. Just makes for more hours and OT for the good officers...

One of the greatest security companies I have worked for supervisors are very respectful responsive and helpful other employees are respectful aswell great hours and benefits

Dont recommend this place, look from outsidevery small business, Ive been in many places and most of them , hire based on submitted application and verified credentials, not this place, Im glad Im not part of this business, I think emploeesmust rotate as very quickly as they come for work.

I agree that this company is terribleI get some one text me saying that they email me i respond to the text saying that i did not get anything they respond oh wellI go to the location and see can i get this resolved no i can’t no one is thereWen someone returned my calls the guy said he was going to look into it if he does call back they don’t want my services it’s easy to not call back at least say somethingSo i say very unprofessional and not trying to help anyone anyone that is working there good luck
