The Apollo staff at my sons school are excellent. They are very dedicated ... The parent portal online, and application set up process was a little challenging. When filling out an application it forces you to make a Full payment before you can reserve a spot. Even though the tuition was not yet due.It also auto debits your card without asking permission. And as a parent you have no way to modify your information online you have to call in to do that.

Very unimpressed with how the company runs. Ivory shows several times with the trouble Ive had with registering as well as dropping my child off prior to school. The responses I gather that they want to reach out to me I give them my phone number I give them access and I still get no response. I wish our school system never went with this program. Maybe if they were closer in our town and state it would be better.

My daughter goes to the after school program. There isnt that many students right now, I hope more show up. But the little group they have they do great. Thank you to the wonderful ladies taking good care of our children.

We LOVED Chess Wizards! My son begged to be able to join and that enthusiasm never changed through-out the program. We are moving and I wish that they had a program out in Calvert County. Hint Hint!Thanks for making it such a fun environment!

Apollo has been a wonderful after school program for our 1st grader. He loves it there and gets a great mix of outside active play, fun, creative projects, and help with homework everyday. They obviously really care about the kids and are great about communicating with the parents about what is happening there. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for high quality after school care.

It was great! So much more was offered than l expected. The kids were learning new concepts and doing experiments. It was not just a babysitting job to Courtney, and she was wonderful.

My three children love ❤️ going to Apollo aftercare, this was my first year back at work full time and I was concerned about their care. I am very confident and comfortable with the care they receive at Apollo. Ms. Maria is amazing.

My daughter loves going to Apollo After School! She is never bored because they have lots of fun and educational activities for the kids. I especially love the teachers, Miss Rosie, Miss Cyrene and Miss Denise, who are very caring and attentive to the students.

The Apollo after school program is a great program with excellent staff members.My daughter is a new student to her district and her school. The staff made me feel comfortable from the first day.Most importantly, my daughter LOVES the program!!!!

Great program. My son actually gets upset when we pick him up, so he seems to be happy there too. Kids get exercise, fun arts and crafts projects and snacks. Highly recommend Apollo.

Chess Wizards was offered through my sons school, DC2 and he had an amazing time. He is 5 years old and learned a lot but also had fun with the staff. At the end of the program, he received a small trophy which was a major incentive that made him feel accomplished. He now wants to join again and keep learning.

Unfortunately my sons school had to switch to this after school program. The on site staff is wonderful, however......the Corporate Headquarters is very incompetent. They dont respond to parent requests or inquiries and their website is the same...inefficient, unclear, difficult to navigate. They charge without providing receipt, only a confirmation number and once enrolled, the system does not allow parents to see enrollment or changed information in the system. You have to send all requests to office@apollo email but never get a response, and no one ever answers their customer service line. Theyre good at charging for services, but terrible at following through with requests and simply running a business.

This review is for the Ventura, CA Apollo program. Its great and comprised of really caring people. They have been getting better each year. My daughter learns more Spanish through this after school program than through her school actually. Its a lot of fun for her and she even has her homework finished before coming home :)

I was a little skeptical at first - the literature they provided us to explain the service was quite confusing. But now we are very happy, never a problem. I just wish it ended at 7PM instead of 6, this is fundamental for parents that have a job...

Apollo aftercare has great curriculum for children... Mixture of learning and much needed exercise. Staff is wonderful!

My 5 years old daughter has been attending Apollo After School since September 2016. We are satisfied with the program and with their staff. Overall experience has been good.

Excellent caregivers however equipments and materials can be improved. Love that they provide fresh fruits for snacks.

Our daughter really enjoys her time at Apollo after school in Ventura, CA. The staff is friendly and they encourage learning and play that is fun for the kids. I highly recommend them for after school care.

Great program. A little over priced and I wish they gave the kids more time to simply play outside and be kids but other than that, it’s great.

Junkyard of overpriced after care. Your children will barely get a snack ( yet your paying through the nose) constant turnover hard to reach office staff and skewed teacher ratio

My 8 year-old says, It was fun that they taught us things, instead of just having us play.

For my daughters first experience learning chess, I think the class taught her well.

Excellent program, my son was struggling2 years ago because he needed more help and he got it there

My son enjoy the after school program at his school UHCS. The program helps him with his homework and does some activities that is fun and educational.

The caregivers were all first class, clearly loved children and were passionate about their work. My son often asked to stay even longer which is the best compliment I can think of. He even loves to do homework there! The onsite director was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My only complaints are with communication from corporate. We didnt know till the first day of school where on the campus our son was going to be and several emails asking for more information went unanswered till that day. But they hire first class people for the onsite work, so I can overlook a couple of misteps for the knowledge my child is well cared for, having fun and safe.

I wish there was a 0 star option, unfortunately this has been a 3 year process that felt like the worlds longest colonoscopy. Our school contracted with Apollo and the problems began, first issue is that if you only need a couple days a week you are gouged to force you into using them more days than you need. Next your log in and scheduling process is arduous and overly complicated. Next, DONT EVEN TRY TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE..... it’s nearly impossible and if they do get back to you, you can’t even understand the person calling you. The daily program is fine with scheduled blocks but the switching of counselors tends to upset the kids and frustrates parents which leads to low attendance and finally cancelation of the program at your school 1 week into the school year. This year 3 of the 4 programs in Denver have been cancelled. Which leads to the Final issue:Refunds.... during the year you don’t get a refund you get a credit ..... but you don’t.... you must keep track of unused days.... then email those dates to “Oleg”, request a credit , wait for new invoice, check their math, then pay your invoice. Due to program cancellation I have been waiting 3 weeks for the return of my near $400. 4 calls, 3 voice mails, and 5 re-spelling of my name has yielded....... nothing!If your school is looking to add this program DONT!!!! Fight the administration and look elsewhere...... it is not a family friendly program it is a LARGE money maker for Apollo!

We are very happy with the dedication and caring of the staff at the Apollo After School program in Ventura, CA. Carlos, Breana, and Heather have done a great job and our daughter and her friends have been very happy there. Highly recommend!

My daughter absolutely loves her before and after care with apollo. She is eight now, and is always nagging me about getting to school early so that she has more time there.

I LOVE Apollo afterschool Program in Zion, Illinois - AWESOME Staff- her home work is always done along with her reading.. theres been times where ive came to pick her up and the staff would be checking/ reviewing her homework with her and helping her review and redo her wrong answers. they entertain the children with a wide range of activities. This has by FAR been the BEST afterschool program my daughter has ever been enrolled into. Thank you Ms. Inez!!!! You have become an extended family member of ours!!!!!

This program employed caring workers who provided safety, support, and fun for my child.

When asked about signing up for an additional after-school activity, my son declined saying, I dont want to miss any bit of Apollo. He really enjoys it.
