We have our 5 month old infant @ Bright Horizons River East and its our first experience with daycare. That being said, Ms. Patricia, Ms. Tammy and the whole staff have been absolutely incredible.Theyre nice to the core, caring and understanding, and set the right expectations with us as new parents. We get great photo updates of our little one throughout the day, and they print out the best ones so we can give them to grandparents or put them on the fridge. All the small touches are thought of and they make the experience that much more special.

We are so impressed with Bright Horizons River East. They are incredibly kind and professional. We always felt that our child was in good hands. Thank you to the whole team of administrative staff and teachers for making our time at your facility so wonderful! :)

I cannot rave enough about BH River East! Weve been with them now for over 6 months and my kids absolutely love it. They are wonderful about communicating with parents, and the curriculum is excellent. They have kept the environment very clean and safe, so that even during the pandemic, the kids are still able to grow, learn and be social with other children. The staff is all super friendly. It feels like family. I would recommend Bright Horizons River East 5+ stars!

Amazing staff took excellent care of our son during his first months with day care. They are completely transparent about anything that may come up no matter how small which gave us peace of mind. Our sons development took off after enrolling him. Hes socializing and making friends, learning to crawl significantly better, no more stranger danger!, and he comes home loaded with smiles after a fun day at day care. Cant thank the staff enough for how wonderful they are and how great they are with our child. I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons RE to anyone looking for day care.

Bright Horizons at River East has a very professional staff that nurtures children and build good relationships. There is good quality among the materials and curriculum that they use. They are very reliable when you need a day outside of the days you are registered for. The teaching team was very responsive in answering any questions or helping with any concerns. The management team was also involved in jumping in and lending a hand. My grandson attended Bright Horizons at River East. He began to flourish in his day-to-day development. He just loved his teachers. I especially like the cleanliness and welcomed environment. There were always some type of learning going on that he was able to get involved with. The My Bright day App was also a valuable tool in parent engagement. My grandson, Demario learned sign language and friends and family were amazed. I said he learn to sign at Bright Horizons at River East. The families also had a way to connect with each other during the many monthly parent activities. I often tell families if they are looking for a quality program that is vested in robust developmental outcomes, go to Bright Horizons at River East. I still miss the staff and management there and will always remember they way they made River East feel like a home away from home.

Our older daughter has been at River East since she was 3 months old... shes now almost 5 and ready to move on to kindergarten. As she has progressed through each classroom, the teachers have been nothing but wonderful. Shes learned so much and is sad to leave!Ive been super impressed with the COVID protocols - enhanced cleaning, masking, hand washing, daily screening, etc. I feel safe and comfortable sending my girls every day.

Bright Horizons was the first place my daughter attended when she turned 1yo. She instantly adapted with her teachers and friends, I was super happy to know that she was in good hands and having a good time. while in school, everyone were always very supportive and caring with us.

Our daughters have been going to BH at River East for 2 years now and we are very happy. Earlier last year there were some staff and director changes but since the center reopened in September of 2020, they hired a new director that really did an impressive turnaround. Teachers are top notch, Ms Nelly in Preschool is a real gem and so are other teachers in the 2s and toddler classes (like Ms D and Miss Mimi). My daughters love going to school everyday and the teachers and director really do a great job communicating with us. They adapted the mask policy for 2+ and have really done a great job helping our kids adapt to wearing a mask. Our eldest daughter is in preschool and she was just accepted to all the best private schools in Chicago, including Latin, Parker, Catherine Cook, Lycee Francais...and we are really grateful for this school as they really prepared her well for the scrupulous application process and selection interviews weve done. We will continue to have our toddler enrolled here until kindergarten as we are truly happy with the progress she is making. Highly recommend this school!

I absolutely love the place for their kindness to my son. When he started he spoke 0 English, his teacher Ms Meme was so loving and supportive. All my worries went away when I see my child being so happy there! They do so many educational activities, going shopping to local Whole Foods store, dancing, riding tricycles, climbing, running, going to parks. My child at 2 yo knows how to count to 10, knows basic colors, days of the week, brings new complicated vocabularies every day.I really appreciate the staff for their love!! I really enjoy International meet and greet party where all parents and kinds had opportunity to learn each other culture and enjoy delicious ethnic foods.

Bright Horizons River East has been a wonderful place for my infant. The facility itself is clean and safe. The staff is warm and welcoming and truly cares about my child. The infant classroom has a fantastic set up with cribs in the posterior of the room where it is darker and play area in the front. Toys are all within reach for children, there is a mirror with a bar for observing oneself and there is a child size table and chairs for eating. My son has been here for two months and we have had zero issues with the center. My son and I are treated with respect and kindness and I know he is growing and developmentally in such a wonderful place. If youre looking for wonderful childcare in the city, look no further. This intimate environment is hard to mimic and is well worth the cost.

I went here for preschool here 9 years ago. Great vibes all around.

The director in The center in particular doesnt seem very experienced or even interested in signing up kids at the center. the tour was really poor just basically showing the classroom but not stating the logic of the center or the programs they use for the child development or even the menu, and the level of education of the teachers not to mention is over priced! There are plenty of better centers in the area that at least have somebody that knows about the center and are willing to give you a full tour with actual knowledge and helpful information that will guide you into trusting a center to leave your child.

We love our daycare! Our son, 4.5 months, has been going here the last month and a half! The teachers are amazing especially Miss Crystal and Miss Elexis! They are very caring and responsive! We have absolute trust in them!

Clean and well equipped center with the best equipment, toys, books etc. Teachers are loving and kind!

My child got very sick at this center with bronchiolitis. She had to take breathing treatments through a nebulizer and had a high fever. At the beginning of her stay I shouldve known something wasnt right when I had to clean two cribs that she stayed in that was extremely filthy. She never was sick in my care and as soon as she stepped into that daycare she had a high fever two days later then 1 week later developed bronchiolitis and acute upper respiratory infection. Parents beware! I dont want other kids to get sick. If possible get a nanny or family to help. These daycares are too filthy especially for infants!
