I wouldnt recommend this place but it was not all bad.

This organization has many isssues from its directors to its supervisors . My wife has been working here and many issues have trans prior . We have caught Covid recently and today she was let go due to that . This organization needs to answer some questions from Myra the supervisor and Iliana the director. Also the main directors from the center this is Bs fired for taking precautions. Wow you guys do not know how to treat employees.

I once did an internship at the adult wellness center. It is a great program for the seniors, they have many activities for them. They also have La Posada, also a great program for homeless families. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.

People in there are caring and dont let nobody dowm

I love this organization! They have some many services for the entire family. I personally have utilized one of their child care centers, Casa Infantil.I have really been impressed with my experience with Casa Infantil. This smaller, 4 classroom center is a hidden gem in Logan Square that provides an economically integrated and educationally stimulating environment for children ages 2-5 years. My son who is 3 1/2 has already experienced a couple other daycare centers trying to find the correct fit for him, and I know we have found it with this Center. All of the staff in the program are professional and welcoming, and they take the time to observe and support the various learning styles of the children in the program.Additionally, they work to integrate Spanish language into their curriculum. In my sons third week in the program he is already counting to 20 in Spanish and English. They also integrate technology into their learning and the children utilize computers and large tablets to engage in math, reading, and social-emotional curricula. The Director, Victoria, is wonderful and very engaged and invested in the children and teaching team. She knows every child by name. Ask for her and she will answer any and all questions:)

If I can give them a negative 10 stars I would they only looking for women not men they never offer me no help they are hoping for you to make it on time when I live 45 mins away and traffic is always busy they think they always right my daughter got sick ND instead of them recognizing that I care for my child they hit me with the you cant see her or speak to her they are monsters thy lie for them not to look bad they see you as a aggressor give you pointless classes with people that dont have kids do not know what really is to be a parent if you have a chance to go some where else please do so I spoke to the other party and they had provide with bus CArd options and ways to help them but the ones they Eggo cant manipulate they will listen to only your mistakes they have a bunch of misunderstading and blame it all on you I had to beg for. A gas card and they told me since I dont live outside the city witch I do I live in the out skirts of the city but since they know everything according to them I dont qualify for theyre gas card but also never provide me with a bus card lost my job they told me as well they cant help me with a job my case worker never provide me with my court date instead she defend her self then she provide it after Im feed up with dcfs I mean casa Central

I am not Hispanic-was assigned here due to my last name. No help, here-just a copious amount of ignorance.

For a year, we had a great caregiver for our mom through Casa Central. The caregiver was awesome. Then on a Sunday evening, the caregiver called us to tell us she had been told after 5pm the previous Friday, that she was being reassigned to another client. No one from Casa Central called to let us know there would be any changes. When I called them and talked to our caregivers supervisor, she told me that it was her supervisor who made the change and that he didnt even let her know. So I called him - and have not ever received a call back from him. Not only is this rude and unprofessional, but they did this two weeks before Christmas. My mom now has no caregiver, is depressed that the caregiver she loved is no longer coming - and we will not be working with Casa Central anymore.

Sad that they no longer offer ged or CNA classes, I was wondering if there is programs for woman and children that just got out of domestic violence relationships?

When i put my son at casa central i was excited cause it seen like a great place indeed is a great school with great teachers, but the one that anwer the phone and receive the people is the meanest person i have ever met i have work with public 30 years and i never seen someone so cruel antipatic than her am looking to move my kid from there i seen this women argue with so many people she actually cost a great humble mother problaly with more education than her,her opportunity to work there and i khow her personally and she was heartbroken that your staff and human resources didnt did anything about and all cause she went gossiping about her lies,she not even close to the standard and she dont belong there we organizing a parent march against her and because the injustice against this mom,we have over 30 parent and ex students parents we should strike in front her abuse and everyone who cover her should be fired and like casa central goes lying in the news we as parent could do the same exposing videos and audio of her threating people. Nothing against the organization in general i just cant stand injustice and unfairness.#FireLennisosorio

Worst recepcionist in any other place,she fight with parents always gossiping and snitching people around her,worst personality i regret putting my child there only cause of her i have seen her so many times gossiping and threating people so wrong,human resources dont have an idea what they doing the worst supervisor ever unprofessional unprepared with the worst person ever in the recepcionist lennis osorioThe school and teachers are great but human resources are as unprepared as they come,very dissapointed at this people and the only way i didnt took step legally is because my child love the school and teacher but remember everything you do in this life will come back to bite you. I cant belueve she still there with all the co plaints someone is not doing their job as a father i feel so dissapointed at casa central even not their fault this women dont represent nothing.

This place touched my heart. I love this organization. If you are ever in Chicago go and volenteer for a day you will be glad you did.

Ive tried calling multiple times for information on a prior employee for the last three weeks.Ive been transferred every time to a voicemail of three different people.I have not received a call back from any of them.Casa Central, please train your staff on returning phone calls.

This is a terrible agency.. they dont care about you...They dont do their work and expect you to do it for them... Instead of helping me.. They intentionally screwed me over ...maricruz vega and miguel huicochea were my case workers and turned everything i said against me and said i didnt comply with anything ... It was a very obvious they were being lazy and not doing job at all... Honestly they let me down.... ALL THEY ARE GOOD FOR IS TAKING AWAY YOUR CHILDREN!! If you need help look for it somewhere else...YOU WONT BE HELPED HERE.. IF ANYTHING YOULL GET SCREWED OVER!!

I have had a very bad experience with this agency. There staff knows minimum English, which was hard to communicate. I did ask for services and office assistant was texting while I was talking to her, VERY RUDE!!!!!!!

I dont like this agency specially the receptionist and a lady named cinthia guerrero, she is very rude and the receptionist dont do her work she only be talking on the phone with her family and fixing her nails instead help the people.

Theyve been serving this community for a long time. They are an important institution.

And Im not sure he answered me about everything I asked him, he just texted, I walked a lot looking for that office, very bad staff and they advertise services and their staff does not know what they are talking about or they simply ignore you
