Nicole does such a great job and I love my brows to death. I understand the pandemic in such and her busy with teaching classes. My initial appointment was amazing I loved my brows instantly. I got them done 5 months ago. My touch up was scheduled within the 6 to 12 week time frame. Unfortunately my touch up was cancelled due to a class conflict she had. Its unfortunate to still not have received that touch-up or offered a rescheduled appointment when I booked this in October 2020. I understand the list to prioritize touch-ups. However, for those who are out of town and needs a little bit of a notice to make accommodations is challenging. As most know this is an investment and you want to do everything possible and correctly to maintain the upkeep. I hope to be scheduled for my touch-up soon.Nicole is great shes so fun to talk to and learn from, but I hope one day she creates a dope brow team to make scheduling less challenging so she can not only do brows, but focus on classes and ventures as well.

A lot of information in this class. Nichole is very talented with mapping eyebrows. Very good instruction. My only negative is that when purchasing the platinum package you really do not receive two days of training. The second day was spent watching the students who had models. So if you are not purchasing the package with the model, I would do the one day class. There is not enough time to give those with models and those without models, so I do not think the platinum package was a good value. The instructors are very knowledgable and open to answering questions. I would def recommend new beginners to do the model package to get the hands on training with a live person. I would take this class again as a refresher down the road.

Training is over-price, the trainers are not patient enough and give attitude, its obvious they do not have respect for the people who put together their hard earned money to come for training. I would have sat down in my home in Indiana, watch this on youtube and learn better. I also feel like they stage people to come in so as to make it look like they are part of the class. Its a waste of time and money to think that I spent $3500 learning nothing. The training says they will teach marketing but it is not true, they did not speak about anything marketing hence this is a act of fraud by deceit. They also did not have books for us but they have the nerve to ask me for money before the class started. I think this is a scam and the government MUST stop all these fraudsters. They also did not provide us with the full kit, they want us to go on their website to buy more. To say they gave us the certificate on the 1st day without having a hands on to ensure we are at least good at it is something that the government must see to and make them pay for all these deceitful act. In a nutshell, this lady Nicole and her partners are fraudsters.Senate must see to this act of deceitful people and bring them to book. $3500 wasted.

My 1st visit and even though there was a wait, I didnt mind. I was a little nervous because I had this service before with no success, at a different business. I wanted to meet the owner and she was present, that made my day 🙂. My service was eyebrow tattoo removal which was done by Jay. He was nice and professional. I will, probably return for an eyebrow service such as microblading.

I took the Brow Mapping class and it was really informative! Her technique is sooo good and Im going to utilize it with my clients. She and her team were really great and very hands on. They checked on everyone, answered questions and explained anything that we needed additional info on. Overall the training was a 10/10. Ill definitely be taking more trainings in the future! ❤

I am normally not one to write a review quickly after an experience. However, yesterday 8/8/21 I attended the 1Day Mapping Class at Savvvy Creations and I must say Im so glad I did. Ive been microshading since January 2021, and I must tell you, mapping has been the most intimidating part of the procedure for me. NOT ANY MORE! Nicole and her staff(which were professional, knowledgeable, patient and nice) walked us through the mapping process, gave tips and a step by step booklet to take home.. When I woke this morning I felt empowered!! Nobody can make you great but they can help you get there.So....with that said, if you are having issues with mapping and need hands on training this is a place to consider.

I drove to Chicago 4 hours to get my eyebrows done and I absolutely love them. The business was clean and Ms Nicole was so down to earth, I felt that I had known her for years. I was so comfortable. I thought it would hurt and I was a little nervous but she walk me through everything she was going to do and my eyebrows was num and I didn’t feel anything. I’m waiting now on my touch up appointment and looking forward to it. I didn’t get to meet the other staff but I feel confident saying they’re probably awesome because she is truly a teacher. I went to Nicole’s brow mapping masterclass today and I was blown away. Let me start by saying that I am an platinum instructor for the AAM (American Academy of Micropigmentation) in New Jersey and our guidelines are the strictest in the US, therefore I have taken many trainings. As an instructor we tend to take advanced courses hoping to learn something new. That’s normally not the case but I must say that I did learn in Nicole’s class. She created a brilliant brow mapping technique that I myself have not come across. Now I see the difference in the work with the artists that have taken her classes before. I booked her class because of the amazing reviews she receives and now I definitely see what all they hype is about. Not only is she an intelligent & passionate educator but she is genuine, friendly & cares about her students and is genuinely supportive. Some instructors are very stand-offish but Nicole and her team made everyone feel like family. It honestly felt like my sister was teaching me because she wanted me (us all) to learn. She gave undivided attention to each student in the class. Her team and her have great & respectful chemistry. I can not rave enough about Nicole! I waited over a year for my appointment and ladies it was well worth it. Her schedule is full for a reason. From the moment I walked in I felt the energy of the space. She shares the salon with a few other artist and the vibes are amazing. Very refreshing to see black women working alongside each other and bonding with customers. It seems scary to think about tattooing your face but they look amazing when they heal! I took the teeth whitening training with Khristina and it was amazing! Khristina is very professional. Her training is very detailed, hands on and she does not hold back any information. She wants to see everyone win! She often checked in on not only her students, but also our models. Upon completing the class, we received a certificate, teeth whitening machine and also a bag full of MORE THAN ENOUGH products to get us started on new journey! I definitely feel comfortable enough to start my teeth whitening journey after only one class. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more on teeth whitening!

I had ombre brows done. The person was on the phone the whole time, not singing or Listening to a podcast, but having a conversation and said as much (I understand why you wont admit to that). She had a rebuttal for everything I told her I wanted. I didn’t ask that my brows look like anyone else’s. I showed her a picture of me and my own brows and asked for them to look like that. I do appreciate the artists experience which is why I booked with her. Reference to the follow up process is a moot point as the issue is not with ink that didn’t take but with the shape which cannot be undone except vis tattoo removal. Pls note that I called and emailed prior to leaving a review of my experience. I reached out for corrections as the brows are clearly not ‘twins’ and they are not at all what I asked for. I was asked for photos which I promptly sent. Its been over a week since I’ve heard from the establishment. I have no interest in bullying or biased opinions. This was my experience. Banning me from future service is also a moot point as I would never patronize a company a second time that has shown far more interest in rebutting a poor review than satisfying a customer. The voicemail that I received yesterday mentioned the Google review and nothing at all about my dissatisfaction. I wont bother to further point out the holes in your statements and analogies. I’ll let your response, which should have begun with an apology and ended with ‘How can we resolve this?’, speak to your level of customer service.

I took a brow mapping course with Nicole this week, and I have to say, it was well worth the money! It was the one grey area for me, and I finally feel like she’s helped me find a formula that I’m actually really comfortable with. You see, that was the thing. I’ve taken MANY classes, learned MANY different ways of brow mapping, but I couldn’t find any that was comfortable enough for me, and one that didn’t take over an hour to complete. It has been thirty days since my touch-up appointment for my Ombre Microshaded Eyebrows done AMAZINGLY by Expert Eyebrow Technician, Ms. Nicole J. I honestly did not know what to expect when starting this process because everyones skin is different, but I will say I did my own extensive research on the procedure itself and on MY Ombre Microshading Eyebrow Artist, Ms. Nicole J. I trusted her and I followed her aftercare instructions. I let her express her creativity on my face with no questions asked or concerns. The pain level was very minimum. After my initial appointment, I did a wet heal ( I applied aquaphor starting on the third day for a few days. I believe I was adding too much aquaphor, so I just stopped and let them heal without adding more. It worked well for ME). After my touch-up appointment, I did a completely dry heal (I did not add aquaphor at all. It worked well for ME, but lets just say I prefer the wet heal). Anyway, my eyebrows look AMAZING and i have NO REGRETS! I get so many compliments from both women and men. I only wear lipstick and mascara when going out now. And when I am not going out, I now feel confident not having to apply any makeup. My skin is GLOWING. These eyebrows truly compliment my face and the best part is, they are not going anywhere. I literally keep my face in a mirror more often than usual now. I just still cannot believe the transformation. I highly recommend all women who shade in their eyebrows daily to book an appointment for Ombre Microshading Eyebrows with Ms. Nicole J. I honestly dont think she realizes just yet how popular and desirable she is for her EXTRAORDINARY Ombre Microshading Eyebrow service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Nicole is an absolute Master of her craft as well as her business and brand. I researched Ombre Brows for years looking for the person whose work was consistent beyond pictures and I was connected to Savvy Creations. I had to wait 9 months to get an appointment, but it was worth the wait and experience. I traveled from PA to Chicago twice for my initial application and touch up (which I did not need for 9 months because she did such an excellent job and my color was perfect). You are doing yourself a huge disservice if you settle for someone just because of convenience and pricing. This is your face and its permanent so I wanted to make sure that I dealt with the very best and I am extremely grateful that God blessed Nicole (my name sake) with this gift of being able to make such a huge impact in womans lives. I had the opportunity to take 2 trainings really 3 if you include the marketing portion of one of her trainings with Jay. I was already timid because I received prior training from a different teacher that left me feeling lost and truly wanting to give up. But I took a chance with Ms. Nicole J (Savvy Creations) and when I tell you that Ms. Nicole J and her team doesn’t disappoint, they were hands on and very involved every step of the way from the start of the training class and even after the training class Ms Nicole J and her team were still taking questions and sidebars with the students. The trainings I took with her was Brow Mapping & Marketing in Atlanta and her 1 day Advanced Ombré student class in Chicago. So that’s 2 classes back to back 2 different cities and the energy never changed. When you’re taking a course, it’s not only about learning a new technique it’s about feeling CONFIDENT and PREPARED to help your business grow and ultimately make your clients happy.
