Great school and parish! Caring and creative ELED teachers. My children are new this school year 2018-2019 and they fit in right away. We have met a lot of nice families here.

Great until middle school. Kids are mean and bully others. Teachers dont give a crap about you. Too much homework And tests. You get stressed out. Overall this school is trash. Hold this L

This is a fantastic school, a great neighborhood place. I didnt take full advantage of my time there, but plenty of people have and still will. The friends you make there will be with you for life, thats all that needs to be said.

Was a graduate of 85 myself and now have my daughter at IC. Love this school!! The staff is second to none at this Northwest side catholic gem. Facilities are constantly being updated to keep with the changing times and they have tons of extracurricular activities for every taste. STEM, music, Cub/Girl Scouts, alter servers, cooking and athletics are just the start. They also have before and after care for those with demanding work schedules. If you looking to give your child a leg up on the rest of the area, this is the place to be. Tuition might be a hold off for some people, but it is a fair price for all the education and life long ideals they will receive. I am still great friends with many of my classmates and now we are giving our kids the same opportunities our parents gave us at IC.

My son has been at IC since PreK-4 and has loved every minute! The class sizes are smaller compared to the public schools in the area. The teachers are very in tune with my sons needs and academic strengths and weaknesses. My son has been challenged and pushed to grow by each teacher so that he can meet the needs of the new common core standards. Each teacher has used technology to help enhance what is being taught. It is great that each classroom has a smart board and I-Pads so all students can use them. My son loves the Mac computer lab and it is one of the best I have seen. Since both my wife and I work, we use extended care before school and after school and cant be happier with the staff. They are very attentive and loving. They make my wife and I feel grateful that the service is offered. There is a diverse choice of after school activities offered at the school that my son has participated in over the years. This offers my wife and I peace of mind that he has everything he needs at IC. My son also has started participating in the athletics program at the school. The coaches in the athletic program are all trained in different safety measures. The coaches have been very helpful in teaching my son to improve his skills in different sports. One of the biggest reasons we chose IC is because of faith. My son goes to church once a week with the school and learns each week about a religious topic that helps him to be a better catholic. The priest visits the school and wants what is best for the students and the school. We are very happy with the decisions that we have made to send our son to IC.
