Visited this establishment for a graduation. The space was pretty big, but it was hot. For some reason the folks decided not to turn on the air condition. For those in a wheelchair be careful as there is no true handicap accessible entrance. My husband had to pick our son wheelchair up and carry it over a step.

An All-Black Catholic school that values nurturing and achievement. This school provides a welcoming, learning environment for students of the community (and outside of the community). The faculty holds high expectations for student achievement and prosperity, and warming welcomes all who seeks to become a part of the community. DePaul University America Reads (D.R.E.A.M. tutors) students are among the few that contributes to upholding these values and improving the performance of the students, the school, and the community as a whole.

Wonderful school with welcoming, caring and qualified teachers and administration. Would recommend to any parent looking for an alternative to public education in the Chicago area.

Home of a Golden Apple teacher, St.Malachy is a faith-based grammar school devoted to the nurishment of students life as a whole. As an alumni, this school have changed my education life for the better. St.Malachy provided a safe, educational, and spiritual enviorment. With many programs aimed at the enrichment of students, education is placed first and sports last. Education at St.Malachy go beyond the classroom, and past education at St.Malachy. This school is extremly generious with finacial aid, understanding that each family may have different economic backgrounds. With an amazing need for education, each student is matched with a high school with great exspectations. Many of those schools include: St.Ignatius, Holy Trinity, Fenwick, Depaul College Prep, and more. St.Malachy make the cost of transfering from grammar to highschool effortless. Every student have a chance to earn scholarships up to $2,000.00 annually torward their high school education.
