I attended both the Intro and Intermediate Access classes remotely. Matt was great at making sure I was set up to take them remotely. Karen was a great instructor and very responsive and helpful when it came to reaching out to her outside of the class.

This is a great company! Angela is an amazing instructor and explained everything in a very simple and easy to digest way. Matthew was very helpful as well and assisted with any issues I was having promptly. It was a pleasure working with them.

I took the WordPress course. I was very impressed with the classroom, teacher, and information. Instructor was very knowledgeable and taught at a great pace that kept everyone and myself on track to become better users of WordPress

Bob was a great instructor for the two Tableau sessions I took. I learned a lot in this class and would highly recommend him as an instructor.

I participated in the 2 day SharePoint User/Owner bootcamp -my instructor Karen was highly skilled and knowledgeable about the materials because I never once looked at the companion materials during the class. The class was well structured with fantastic flow from one topic to another. In class, questions were always answered and often lead right into the next topic. Also, my request for additional resources was given in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the class, instructor, and its set up. I was assisted by Matt to set up my virtual classroom which went very quickly and without any issues. And everything I learned, I have been able to put to use immediately. Thank you CTS!

Mary Hershey, the instructor, was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and kind. She created an atmosphere of enthusiasm about her subject and took care in answering questions and making sure that her students understood the material. She also diligently tried to apply the material to real life situations relating to our job responsibilities. It was well worth our time. We will defiantly be signing up for another class.

I really appreciated Angela and CTS having the Adobe After Effects and the Adobe Premiere classes. I can say that in addition to my graduate training in Media that Im better prepared for a career in Media Productions! I hope they have more.

Karen was my instructor for my Outlook Intermediate class. She was extremely helpful and informative. I left class with a few new tricks up my sleeve that will be sure to make my everyday work life that much easier! The class was well thought out, and Karen made sure that everyone stayed on track. I recommend this class to anyone who is looking to know all the extras that Outlook has to offer!

I had Karen for both Outlook classes (as well as Excel Advanced). She is Awesome!!! She explains everything so well and even answers all our class questions as we go through the book. I have learned so many new skills, and techniques. Her knowledge, skills and ability is amazing! I highly recommend this class to you.

The class is absolutely fantastic. It gave me more of what I was actually hoping to learn. The teacher was very knowledgeable and very interactive. Angie made the class fun and at the same time able to take in a lot of pertinent information.

I took the CTT+ program for the purpose of becoming a certified trainer. Coming into the program was by far overwhelming to say the least. The course covered every Microsoft Office & Abode applications and then some. It gave me the prospective of where I stood in my knowledge of technology; what I wanted to do and what I felt I was most challenged on. Every instructor I had for all the courses were Excellent. There is nothing negative that I can say on any of them. They were all fantastic! Not only did they know the application, but they also provided samples of real life situations. The resources and the shortcuts not taught in the books were just as valuable as the cost of the course. There were so many resources and websites provided for just about every course that I had to create a document to keep track of all the websites. The support staff were just as helpful in customizing your schedule and working through your exams.

The Intro to Excel course was amazing. It went at a great pace and we were able to ask questions when we had them, instead of waiting until the end of class. The information was valuable and could be used across various Excel projects. I would go to CTS again.

My computer training on Excel by CTS was great! the instructor was well-versed in subject matter and an expert in the field!!! Lots of shortcuts were provided and all areas in the manual were covered in the one day session.

I recently took the A+/Net+ classes at CTS-Chicago and was not only impressed very much pleased by the training resources available at the center (books, tools,computers, classes etc.), but also our instructor who was very knowledgeable, engaging, and tirelessly supportive. This made my understanding easier and was able to take my tests earlier than I expected before.

I have now taken classes in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. I had used both programs before taking the sessions but knew I needed how to learn them the proper way. Both instructors did a great job engaging the wide range of expertise and understanding without boring the more experience students or frustrating those who had little or no experience.Their take-home resources are great tools to use when you are back in workplace. The follow-up support policy and re-take period make the students feel like they arent being left in the desert after they walk out of the classroom.The facilities are wonderful although a bit more flat space around my computer would have been nice.With a number of locations in the Chicago area (and something new I learned at the Photoshop class is that you can do it remotely!), make it easy for me to plan the best time for me to attend.I cannot wait to take additional courses to continue to grow in my knowledge and experience with the Adobe Suite of programs.Well done!

Everyone at Computer Training Source is knowledgeable, resourceful, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the one-on-one instructor interaction, whether I attended at the River North location or any surrounding suburban location. CTS consistently delivered quality instruction and materials. The staff was extremely encouraging and patient with my re-scheduling needs due to a broken wrist. I valued their policy to allow class re-takes and follow-up after class completion. I completed their Certified Project Manager classes and ultimately obtained my PMP certification after completing the PMP Test Prep Exam Course through CTS. My experience at Computer Training Source (CTS) was GREAT! I completed my Microsoft Office Specialist certificate and have also received Expert Certification. My program not only included Microsoft 2010 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word), but I also took classes in Adobe (Photoshop, Adobe) and Website and Database Maintenance courses (MySQL, PHP, CSS, Dreamweaver, WordPress). QuickBooks as well! I was very familiar with Microsoft applications. I didnt really use PowerPoint since my background didnt really require me to, but I wanted to make sure I became equally as fluent in all Microsoft programs. I feel that I learned very valuable information in every course, even those I was familiar with! The instructors, as well as the personnel at CTS are very professional and very helpful. The classes are taught at a perfect pace and the instructors are very patient and answer every question. This makes for a perfect learning environment. I highly recommend CTS for anyone that is interested in either a certificate program, to brush up on a few programs or to obtain certification. They are an excellent choice and have multiple locations as well.

The care and professionalism of Computer Training Source is made immediately apparent from your first meeting with the school president, who clearly outlines the specifics of your chosen course curriculum. He tells you what each class will teach you and shows you each of the textbooks that you will receive in each class, nice-sized manuals that, in the case of Adobe, are the teacher’s manuals that provide review questions and answers to prepare you for the Adobe Expert and Adobe Associate exams. I’m enrolled in the Web Design & Web Development Program, and thus far the instructors have shown an intense dedication to making sure every student in class is up to speed on the day’s lesson. And because our instructors are also professionals working in the field, they also go off book and give us information that will immediately benefit us out of class. A case in point, our instructor for Adobe InDesign Introduction took the time to show us a professional shortcut for creating page numbers and a Table of Contents for our sample brochures and documents, techniques that are not exactly touched upon in the textbook. She also took the time to explain how to mix our own blacks in CMYK so that your printer doesn’t reject your file for having a Key Color being too black to actually print. The classrooms are comfortable and the school has a fairly spacious, refrigerated break room so you can bring your lunch and have access to free coffee. The aspect of CTS that I like best is that the different classes build on each other; my experience from the Photoshop classes makes it easy to adapt to the Adobe InDesign sequence as well as the Adobe Acrobat X courses. For a working individual who wants to improve their current job skills, such as myself, I highly recommend CTS for their flexibility as well as for what they’ve taught me.
