The Performing Arts Studio classes were fun and engaging, and the one-on-one sessions were helpful in giving me individual advice. I really wanted to book the job so I signed up for private coaching. My coach was Victor Marana, and let me tell you that he is the reason I booked the job. He was so detailed about the audition he helped me pick out a song, helped me with an audition look, and taught me how to walk into the room with confidence. Victor has so much experience and expertise that when we worked on my scene for the audition I felt so great about it! Honestly he brought out my best performance. My kid was coached at the performing arts studio for an audition of a play he wanted to be in. All the coaches we worked with were extremely helpful, friendly and knew a lot about acting. He ended up getting a callback for the play and feeling more secure about his work. Would definitely recommend this place.

Performing Arts Studio offers a great variety of classes. I love the acting exercise class that Victor teaches. Also Lauren is a great yoga instructor. I love that you can drop in for acting/yoga/stage combat classes. They also offer intensives in many disciplines including clowning. Take advantage of the FREE MONTH of classes.

The Performing Arts Studio is an incredible resource in Lincoln Park. The studio is warm and inviting with beautiful furniture, a fireplace and a lovely open practice area. The classes are really fresh-- everything from Opera for Kids to Stage Combat to Keyboard to On-Camera acting. More important, the staff have a collective depth of knowledge thats pretty unparalleled. If prefer to trust your training (or your childs) to experts in the field-- this is the place to go. Highly recommend The PAS to any aspiring actor, dancer, or musician of any age or stage!
