My children love this school, I myself use to attend as a child as well. Mr. Butler is awesome!! Love the dance classes they had, my daughters 1st experience in a competition setting, loves all her teachers! (Especially dance) Keep up the great fight for our children and their futures!

I love this school. It is quite easy to make true friends,almost every student in this school are non hypocritical and not judgmental at all. They are understanding,theyre many programs here at Ruiz as well. Most of teachers are also very kind and they are willing to aid their students not only academically but personally with the students issues.

I dont know what the problem is with some of these people giving bad reviews of this school. Honestly, if you have an issue on how this school is being run, or why there isnt enough field trips and have an issue with the teaching staff, why not join the parent union and do something about it. Sounds like some of these people are just disgruntled parents that couldnt have it their way because they have some bad little kids going to Ruiz. My siblings and my kids have been going to this school since 1989 and we all have had nothing but a good experience. All the teachers, Ms. Escoto especially helped my son out a lot when he was struggling with math and reading. Thanks to her and the wonderful staff at Ruiz, he is doing so much better and getting those As and Bs. Keep on Keeping on Ruiz!! GO RAMS

Irma Ruiz is a great school. All the teachers and the Principal are great they do what they can to help parents and students. Even if parents dont see it like I do. Also Mrs. Escoto is a great teacher that has help my son a lot. He was doing bad in school with two subjects he wasnt understand them well and since he went to her he has been doing great. He has been keeping his grades up. Even if some parents think they are not learning with Mrs. Escoto they are wrong. She will do above and beyond to help your son or daughter. So I am very grateful she is my sons teacher. I dont know how to thank her enough for all her hard work. Thanks to all the teachers and staff and Principal for all the hard work day after day. Thanks again Mrs. Escoto for helping my son.

Mrs Diaz likes to intimidate others because they are lower than others.For a fact,all sixth grade teachers do the same.Please fire them and re-hire better teachers who dont disciminate. Mrs Diaz targets me just because Im Puerto Rican
