I love this school its the best school i have been to. Im sad that Im leaving, and that this is my last year at Locke. Locke School has taught me a lot, I love the teachers and the classes. Its fun and Im glad that Im a lion. :)

The teachers have been very good. Biggest weakness is large class sizes. Communication has been poor at the beginning of the year. For example, there was no advance information given out as to where to go and what to bring the first day, but it has been getting better. Some of their website information is outdated. They are using more and more technology, though, like twitter and a web portal to help keep parents informed. Like any school, parents need to stay involved to get the most out of it.

Worst school ever. I hate it, but to be nice, Ill get it 1 star.I do not approve of this school.

When I was younger, The staff called me retarded; saying I was stupid and couldnt even count to 50. If they were paying close attention, they could see I could count beyond 50. Even the principal was on the staffs side.

A teacher at this school was drunk driving home and hit and run a young child. Matt Lucchini should be immediately fired. He was drinking at school. How did management not know about this?

Worse school ever principal doesnt even care about kids or parents had to take my child out she got assulted in a bathroom and they just let it go over there head.

This is the worst school that my son has been to he got bullied relentless and he told the teachers and they didnt do anything

Used to go here for 1st grade, kids are mean, I mean, kids around the school are just mean.

One of the worst schools in Chicago for special ed classes ! And not to even mention the staff seriously horrible horrible school they dont know how to run their programs or keep our children learning most of the teachers just show up to get payed not to teach !
