Excellent teaching, old school training but most of all fun and exciting; Grand Master Omar brings out the best in you and you will be amazed what you can do and accomplish. Master Katrina is exceptional good with kids, Master Jerry is very patient and knowledgeable, our ages range from 5- to 65 years old and believe you me for an old veteran (with disabilities) I am getting healthier, stronger more flexible, but most of all I am becoming a Lion not a sheep so come on down and visit us-oooouuusss.
