Read all of the agreement before you sign anything, I listen to them when they told me I had a week to decide if the program was a fit for me without being charged anything. I decided against the school because of travel and work. I was still charged over 3000 dollars for one week. Be careful !! Be aware!! Putting one star because it wont let me post without it but no stars at all.

I attended this school in 2017. I made it to my last semester and failed 4 of my nursing classes. Honestly I didn’t even fail by a whole point. I was willing to take the classes over but they sent me an email saying I was terminated from the program all because it’s part of they student policy if you fail more than 3 nursing classes your automatically terminated from the program and can’t readmit. One of my classes I didn’t failed because I had a bad grade. I failed the class all because I failed the Hesi exam which later they ended up throwing Hesi out. This school is so unfair and they will keep coming up with ways on how they can get more money up out of you. All my hard work I put in and they didn’t give me a second chance at all. Now I have to go somewhere else and start all over😔

I honestly am excited to give you my honest feedback! First off, I would like to say I had a great experience with ATS. There were a lot of students with negative comments about ATS, but I honestly had a wonderful experience. I loved most of my teachers and since I am a tactile learner it was nothing for me to get to learn every teachers teaching style. I experienced a lot in nursing school and I learned so much that I would not mind sharing my success. To be a successful student at ATS you have to be 100% committed and bring 100% to the table. We as students are going to run through the good and bad and students need to know everything in nursing school is not perfect. For example, if I know ATS is not going to have my books on time when class starts, I am going to order my own books or at least get it pdf file, but every student do not know that so when class start n the teacher start to lecture it’s a lot of confusing when it comes to test Day 1. To be successful, students will have to be ahead of the game. As soon as the teachers passed out the syllables, I was one of the students who read the syllables, had my books on time and started reading ahead of time. That way when class starts I already know what my instructor is going to be covering. I did that throughout my semesters and it was less stress and less hard to pass all the quizzes and tests. If the students do not do their homework at home the students get frustrated at the teachers then now the whole class frustrated and confused. Making it to EXIT EXAM I believe it’s how bad you want to be a NURSE. If you work hard through out the semester you will come out with better RESULTS!! Here today I just took my Nclex test this morning at 8am..I believe I passed it I will find out in two days lol…I did that trick so mostly likely I passed the test!! For future students I am really one of the honest students who did not play about my education it’s what u out in to it. Also a last tip communication is key if u not happy with something always communicate with ur instructors!! Good Luck!!

ATS was a great school to attend. The tutoring with Mrs. Robin and ATI during the pandemic really helped me prepare for exit and pass nclex with 76 questions. I think everyone should tutor because during this pandemic you may feel your not understanding everything but I promise you that if you tutor you will be ok!!!! Nursing school is not easy at all!!!! But I believe that if it’s something that you really want, you are going to take all the necessary steps that you need to get through school. Do your part and they definitely will do theirs to help you succeed.

I’m attending ATS now. Very unprofessional and during this pandemic even worse. I passed all classes and this wise program they through on us outta no where. I couldn’t get in the program to take my practice teas test so now I have went from A’s to F’s. If I call no answer or respond to my emails. I tried fixing this problem at the date of the first practice teas in November no one helped, I was told it was my server. When I informed them I was using the exact server they told me to, again no more answers. Everytime it’s time to pay I het an email but never a response from anyone if you need help. I hate I even started going to this school and would not advise anyone to attend.

UPDATE, I PASSED MY NCLEX AND NOW A WOUND CARE NURSE BECAUSE OF THIS SCHOOL. THANK YOU TO ALL MY PROFESSORS AND ALL THE STAFF. YOU GUYS ROCK! GOD IS GREAT!!!!I am currently a student in ATS. Ive read the negative reviews. I TOTALLY DISAGREE! FYI THIS PROGRAM IS ACCELERATED!!! All the professors Ive encountered are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, great professors! They know what theyre talking about, and our DON has a heart. The staff here has a passion to help students succeed. Maybe the people that posted negative things about ATS dont notice that because theyre too focused on arguing, complaining about small things that doesnt really matter. Nursing school is tough, and if you add negativity to it, it will eat you up.. I LOVE ALL MY PROFESSORS! All of them, from the time I started this program. Im in my last semester, Ill always be grateful for my time with ATS, but do need to graduate! Lol GOD IS GOOD!

I graduate from here with honors in 2015. I passed all my exams and exit exams because I studied extremely hard. I did not work during this program and pretty much taught myself the materials. I wanted to leave so many times but decided not to because the credits really dont transfer anywhere. Some of the teachers were awesome, and some were there just collecting a pay check. The staff is very rude when it comes to student concerns. I had no issues until it came close to me graduating. They came out of no where claiming I owed them money. They said if I didnt pay it then I would not be allowed in class. They did this every semester to students, right before finals. They would deactivate student IDs and escort them off the property if they couldnt pay. I paid them every month, on time, and I had proof. I also had a pending WIA grant. They didnt care and couldnt tell me where these extra fees came from. They basically told me to pay it or fail. DO NOT GO HERE. One of our teachers was fired and emailed all the students saying we were being cheated out of our money. He wouldnt go into further details because he had filed a lawsuit. Its too much drama here and nursing school is stressful enough itself.*Update* Please go somewhere else if you can. It seems like a quick and fast way but you will struggle trying to find another school for your RN. I ended up going to the City Colleges and had to do every prerequisite over.

I attended this school last year and I did not return for my next semester. This school is money hungry and really dont care about your education. They will suspend you if you are even days late on your payment to them. The teachers are unorganized and dont really know what they are doing. I understand if you want to hurry and get your nursing license but this is not the school for that. Yes it is fast paced but you really just attending to pay them. The administrative is very rude, especially the front the and the two ladies collecting your money. DONT ATTEND THERE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO A CITY COLLEGE!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL! If I could rate it a -10 I would! First off, 95% of the administration here ONLY cares about your money. Most private schools are in a sense (money hungry) but I don’t think it can get worse than this! No one cares about The education here. The labs are not fully equipped...we didn’t have most of the supplies we needed to perform certain skills! You have to PAY for your homework each semester via an online website. If you fail homework you fail the course. This was not explained when You sign a contract...the tuition is $30,000+ uniforms, books, printing none of that is included here! They are out for money ONLY! You have teachers that are only in attendance for their check, some of Them barely show up for class and of course students aren’t notified until 2 mins before class that class is cancelled then you have teachers that walk out of class b/c of differences with certain students instead of asking that student/students to leave the class. For these reasons they were on probation b/c students were not passing NCLEX upon completion. How would you expect to learn anything when teachers don’t show up or teachers walk out of class b/c they can’t handle some of the students, or when labs don’t have equipment??? There are only 3 great teachers there Ms. Spulber, Ms. Taylor, and Ms. Nelson. They hire ANYONE to teach future nursing students! They don’t have a financial aid advisor financial aid is ran by the IT guy...the registrar is EXTREMELY rude she threatens you via email regarding payments, she causes conflict between students and between students and teachers! I could go on and on. This school is really a joke! Please save your time and money and go elsewhere to pursue your nursing career!

When choosing a school, pick one that has a high passing rate, which you can look on Illinois pass rate for nclex, find the school. Then consider how much it will cost and how affordable are the payments and what financial resources that school offers. Next how flexible is the course if you have a family or work. Once those are discovered, what are the requirements to get accepted into the program? You want to pay attention to how organized and up to date the school is and also what type of Accrediation it holds and if That is current. Remember there are different and many Accrediation bodies. Since the school is usually a 11 month to 14 month program, consider whether or not you will stop at just a Lpn or go further beyond that level. This is where things get tough. Its okay to have a competitive nursing program, but its not okay to be treated unfairly by a school You choose to pay your money at. You be the judge and decide is this school a fit or not. Hard to decide look at the reviews. Pop up at the school, and ask a few students thats already there! Also keep in mind, schools will offer student discounts if they give good reviews before or during starting a program.

OMG these reviews are so harsh! I normally dont do reviews but Im in a very good mood since I recently passed the pn nclex on just 85 questions with the help of this school. Instead of going on a rant about the negative Im going to mainly try to focus on the positive. I started their 12 month program August 2016, and luckily I finished in exactly 12 months August 2017. Even though you pass all your classes youre still required to take certain exits to be allowed to sit for NCLEX, yes its annoying but its just their way of being safe. This took basically the whole month of September because certain reviews to guarantee success were involved, but I still managed to get signed off to take my nclex by the middle of September, the actual date I took it was the 20th, next day found out I passed! Im saying all this to say it is possible to come out on time no matter how much it doesnt seem like youll make it, just stick with it if you really want it. When I was taking entrance exams to get in the program a handful of their students came up to me like dont go here its awful you dont learn its so hard to pass, or get out. These thoughts were in the back of my mind at all times I just had to keep telling myself that cant be me. Nursing isnt easy anywhere whether its a RN or PN program and thats just the truth. It takes work and dedication, your license wont just be given to you, you have to show yourself approved. You cant expect to just pass with no effort. This program will weed you out and separate the serious from the not serious in a instance, as soon as that first fundamentals test or Hesi pops up youll see what Im talking about. Dont get me started on the Hesi, we had to take one for each nursing class, even a comprehensive one. You have to start studying for those day 1 especially if youre a weaker tester. I had my trials with the Med Surg hesi, failed it twice only had one more chance, but I got through it and you can to (encouragement). Now lets talk about the area its located in. A nice suite downtown is where ATS resides its pretty spacious once people start dropping like flies in the middle of semesters lbs, but the real problem is that the schools location caters to so many different areas with so many different attitudes. Ratchet really is the word to use for some people, it makes you wonder how could you ever want to be a nurse with a personality like that. Ive never had a problem with staff or a student because Im something called respectful, but Ive seen a lot of heated conversations go on between students and staff and trust me it wasnt the staff members fault. I learned so much from all my teachers Mrs. Taylor, Mr. Williams, Ms. Wanda, and Mrs. Nelson, just want them to know that they are appreciated because I didnt know squat. The other staff members like the registrar and financial aid advisor were also helpful. My last pieces of advice are to use each available resource they have, get yourself a nursing bestie like I did who you can feed off of as they feed off you (dont let anyone suck you dry), and my best advice will be to have your money situation figured out before enrolling if you can put a down payment on your monthly payments in advance before you do something else with you money you shouldnt be doing DO IT, it will spare you the hassle. Lastly Saunders questions are your best friend I repeat Saunders , thats how I passed fundamental, mental health, maternity, and the peds Hesi on my first attempt.

Hi, Im on my third semester now,I can only speak for my self overall the school is quite legit. It is not an easy course to get through, you have to work hard unlike Everest college. At first the school was quite insufficient of supplies, but now that seems not to be a problem. I have learned a lot of skill including critical thinking. I believe that the faculty is very knowledgeable, and caring about the success in a student, as long as a student is an active participant ,and takes ownership in their education. Ms. scafft , the director of nursing is by far a serious faculty member, and she should be! She dose not take non-sense ,and when you are right, she got your back 100%. The only thing she lacks is patiences, that is all. The only negative thing about this school is that the administration is suck!!!!! but, there are getting better at it. Not to mentioning that this school has only been open for a year , it is based on their campus from Cleveland ,Ohio. But in general it is a far decent school. Its just the students that are ghetto (most) they just need to make their entrance exam more difficult so less ghetto chicks enter this school. To the ghetto student, they are the negative ones, there their the ones that dont pass, and dont let the teacher teach. But if your serious go for it. It is expensive unlike any other private institute right? Plus they want to start an R.N program in 2013, no waiting list.....sounds good to me no?

This School works if you keep ur head in the game and do not listen to anyone but yourself. It is accelerated but worth it. The school has a 100% NCLEX passing rate for the first quarter this year, 81% for the second and 95% for the third. You have to pay monthly but what other school doesnt? If you have the time to do 2-6 years , or do so many pre-reqs, or get on a waiting list, or only enroll once a year, then go to community college that might be best. Education is an investment for your future. Every schools has ups and downs, but remember this is nursing school is is not supposed to be easy then everyone would do it.

This school is not for ANYONE. I attended this school and they will RIP you off BIG TIME. I have a list with over 50 black students who all attended this school paid well over 30,000 and was kick out of the program for minor things like. taking a dosage calculations test and not passing it. Keep in mind we were in our last semester when this happened and also missing 3 days a semester. keep in mind you still have to pay your loan back with no nursing certificate. some of the teachers are not dependable at all so u will have to teach yourself. I had one teacher who constantly talked to herself another had narcolepsy, they were not fit to be teaching anyone. You better pray they still have Mr.S. Mrs Spulber, Mrs Reagan and Mrs Sanjaun. If not you will be teaching yourself. You have to buy your own books ALL of them and uniforms BUT they are going to lie to financial aid like they bought it for you. You can kiss your pell grants good bye because youll never see that money. They are going to pocket all your loans and wia money so think twice before attending. Attending this school was a huge mistake. They will make you take all your test on the computer and YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REVIEW YOUR EXAM before you turn it in, MEANING if you wanted to go back in change your answer you pretty much screwed. this is in all nursing courses. Sounds like a set up for failure, But do your research or you will be screwed over by this institution. Ask around you can even ask on facebook everyone knows they are money hungry and you will not receive your moneys wroth at ALL.
