I signed up for a class with RRES online. After signing up, I read that I would receive confirmation of enrollment and any materials necessary for the online class in emails. I never got any email from RRES, I did however have the money taken from my account. After waiting until the start date of the class for some kind of communication from RRES and receiving nothing, I sent an email. I received no response and no refund. I was withdrawn from the class but not refunded. I waited another week just to make sure that the refund wasn’t delayed and still nothing. I called and was never able to speak to anyone, so I sent ANOTHER email and still no reply. I finally got my money back today.I’ve heard this company is good, but I wouldn’t know since I was never able to talk to anyone and no one from the company ever reached out to talk to me about the issue. Very, very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
