I really appreciate the people who work here as stockers, cashiers, etc. it is not an easy job.I really appreciate all the cashiers because I am very new to shopping at Dollar Trees in general and they always very kindly answer my questions. When I purchase breakable items, they always make sure they get wrapped well so that they can be transported as well. I had never done exchanges there before and last week the cashier explained the process and said I could come back on another day to exchange if I wasn’t ready. I did end up doing exchanges that day and she was very helpful in letting me know I still had 2 more exchanges to go.I hope that Management and the Corporation of Dollar Tree will make sure these workers have a livable wage, and that they are supported with a management that is scheduling enough of their workers so that they are given the support to adequately handle any large volume of customers.

I highly recommend hitting up this dollar before your weekend errands. Great deals! Top brands at discounts here. The food is the best value. Save here before going grocery shopping. Top brands discounted I repeat!

Terrible Dollar Tree. Workers are disrespectful and childish. There was an older lady in front of me and the cashier just bullied her. She pulled her card in and out of the reader and yelled at her when her card wasn’t processing. She spoke very rudely and aggressively. At the end of the transaction, she pulled her card out and dropped it on the floor. Didn’t apologize. Then the lady told her that she needed a bag, cashier responds by saying “you didn’t tell me that during the transaction” and she didn’t end up getting a bag. To top it off, while she was checking me out, a guy brought her a pack of cigarettes and she paid him for it right in front of me. Very disrespectful and disappointing how they can hire people like this. Never coming back.

The store is convenient for basic needs, and simple decorating needs, i.e. paper plates, cups, plastic flatware, etc... Associates could be friendlier, a simple hello/thank you goes a long way. The store could be cleaner.

They had Vaseline glow lotion I was surprised for sure

Good buys on dog food and chew toys. Come here for Purina Dog Chow High Protein dog food for a better price than Jewel-Osco and good qualty chew toys (rib bones and pressed, smoked rawhide chew bones worthy of a Doberman that can chew through anything). French brand Dessanges hair care products, Quebecoise biscuits fueilletes and palmier cookies were a very nice surprise. If you are into Totally Awesome cleaning products, this is the place to shop.

Love this location, they are always stocked and full of holiday decorations. I gave a 3 because there is ALWAYS the longest lines. There is never enough cashiers/employees to cover the customer base they get.

This store is gross. Plsz stay away from the bathrooms I suggest you hold it in. Place is always a disaster and the cashiers eat chips and then try to give me my dollar bills back with hot cheeto stains all over it. I mean what do you expect from a place like this.

For some reason employee bahjah wont keep her mask on properly. I was in a couple weeks back, and she wasnt wearing it, I went to another register where lady wore it. She commented why everyone went in her line I answered, because you wear your mask. So today bahjah had it on, briefly ,so I went in her line. After she took a drink of her drink, she kept it down!!! Come on!!!! Jan 21,21went agian, this time no mask, just a yellow shield.And she talked on blue tooth whike checking out customers!!!This woman is dense!! And so is mgr.who keeps her working

The store is a disaster, no social distancing enforced, checkout lines go to the back of the store, cashiers have ZERO sense of urgency. AVOID.

Good selection, lots of eclectic regulars, everything is a dollar. Good for wine glasses, BBQ tools, and cards; so so for most other stuff.

The COVID rates are rising in the country and city and NO ONE was wearing their mask properly. I was looking for a spray bottle and finding smaller ones is basically impossible so I finally decided I would stop here before the stay at home begins again and I have so many regrets.

I love shopping at dollar tree. The store meet my every need. They have food, all kinds of snacks and items. Guess what everything is a dollar i save so much money shopping at dollar tree especially if you are low on cash. Come by and enjoy the friendly cashiers and save money at the dollar tree.

The bathrooms were dirty, there were no toilet seats, no toilet paper, and there was dried feces and blood on the toilets. It should be much much better especially during a pandemic smh

Kiana in this store doing everybodys job at one time there was a line of 12 people she did not slow down at all. I was really surprised how fast I got through the line even though she was the only employee and I called the store while in line. Sure enough she was in charge of answering the phones too. Kiana needs a raise or some appreciation for how well she handles a Rush

This is not the cleanest or most organized dollar store location I have been too and the lines are often longer than I would like, I would estimate a 5 minute wait to checkout is typical.That being said they have a great selection and the shelves are well stocked. The store is sanely organized so you can find things with relative ease, and the staff is supportive whenever I have questions about where to find product.

The Dollar stores are amazing!! they have everything you need for lifes daily activities and chores, however, the service is completely terrible. The staff dont really help you when you need something. However I still highly recommend this dollar store and any other dollar store.

Its a dollar tree. Everything here costs a dollar. Greatest place for seasonal items or party supplies. This location is conveniently close to the Berwyn red line stop and several buses. Wheelchair accessible. Can get crowded during rush hour but its quieter during the day

Its a well stocked dollar tree, minus 1 star because lately the checkout line has been unusually long, 12 or more people in a single checkout lane. Are they shorthanded? I dont know but I dont like waiting 15 to 20 min foe checkout. The one cashier is fast as hell though, I appreciate their hustle but they need backup.

Website says store closes at 9pm on Sunday but it actually closes at 8pm. Free parking, not sure about public bathroom. The aisles were clean except the ones they were redoing. For the most part the staff seemed nice. The checkout lines were long.

Silicone brush is much cheaper than Amazon.If you look hard enough, look up, HIMALAYAN PINK SALT on top shelf, above spices.OVERPRICED slim hangers as Bed Bath is cheaper with coupon, BUT you can get it a la carte instead of an entire 30-pc box.I pray 🙏 for EAR MUFFS as I lost my $30 one with great sadness & regrets. ☹️

Cashier were good. They were well stocked and maintained. Only complain is that they need to have more carts and shopping baskets. Cannot really carry everything.

Party supplies, greeting cards, USA pet products, holiday treats, cleaning products, bestselling books, kitchen supplies, pantry staples, movie candy, electronic gear and work tools, sundries to...well you name theyve got it here. Nothing over a dollar...just like their names pronounces! There is a nice grocery section w frozen foods at this location...with brand names. The staff is always so nice and kind....good people working this store. Clean, stocked and fun to look at all the good finds, cudos:)

Dollar Trees are great because everything really is a dollar! Terrific for party and paper goods, can sometimes find real food bargains, as well. Lots of picture frames, artificial flowers, plastic food storage items.

Staff is not knowledgeable about anything. They always say if its not there we dont have it. Then you go in another aisle and they have what your looking for. Other than that its a good store to shop.

Lowkey i be goin here. They got some good deals on cheap stuff and its not crowded all the time. I but lots of grub for a cheap price and i get candy and frozen goods too. They have a parking lot in the front thays shared with a oReilly a bank and some other stores but i dont remember what they are because i dont shop there, but i think one of them is a womans shoe store.

The Dollar Tree is a treasures paradise found in the urban jungle. If you have a dollar, welcome to the Dollar Tree store.

There was a cashier there that was talking loud on her blue Bluetooth device. I could hear her across the store and she was wearing slippers. She walked away from the register and she was dragging her feet like she was at home. Thats how I noticed she was wearing slippers. The toilets are horrendous. None of the 3 toilets have the toilet seats on them and theyre laying on the floor. theyre filthy and had feces smeared on them along with garbage on the floor. There is no way those bathrooms are clean on a daily basis. The store is filthy!!!

An actual dollar store. Broom, $1. Cookies, $1. Battery pack, $1. You wont feel like you walked into target but you cant beat the value here. Great place for household cleaning supplies and junk food...

Not really handicapped assessible isles and bathroom entrance were totally cluttered / blocked where you cant even get a cart, walker, wheelchair down or through. Advised staff of situation and advised that wasnt her problem..... Shop somewhere else.

Dont ever shop at this location they threatened me because on dates to ask if they could call for another cashier when there were 12 people in line. The cashier then rudely dumped my stuff out of the bucket that I had put it into which I was purchasing and when I ask3d her not to be so careless she started crushing the food intentionally and being rude I asked for the manager and things escalated. I asked for their names and I was told they dont have to give them. As someone who works retail that is very poor customer service. I was then accused of being crazy and off my meds because I dare to say something. Piss poor customer service. Oh and they wouldnt give me corporates number too.

Love Dollar Tree and find myself there at least once a week getting household items or stuff for DIY projects. The staff could use some training for workplace professionalism and customer service and its always a mess but Ive come to even be OK with all of that.

The store offers a lot of variety and great value. I love dollar tree.

Of all the Dollar Tree stores that I visit from time to time this one is in the most disarray. It is cluttered, poorly stocked, & lines are always long. They have recently hired some help & I believe the previous mgr. is gone but it still needs attention.

1- bad service2- the cashier talk with bad way with customer3- close before the time closing
