I have been trying to get a hold of this company for days to request a refund due to my child being injured and not being able to complete camp! now I am reporting this to my bank as fraudulent company because NO ONE returns emails or phone calls! I will also report you to the BBB

My wife and I signed our son up for Tom Finks summer football camp. Because of covid-19 they switched the Hands-On live football camp to watch videos on your computer and go and practice the forms/techniques. When two parents work, I cant leave my 8 year old son home alone. This isnt what we signed up for and ask for our money back, the response was no. After several emails, we were told we would have a credit for next year. The question is, where is the money. What kind of man is Tom? Who raised him with these values? Not returning the money in these circumstances is criminal. Tom made all of his problems mine. Tom voided the contract when he changed the format! How many other working families are affected by this.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. We signed our son up for camp and then it turned virtual due to covid. My son was unable to participate in the virtual camp due to both parents working. I called and emailed several times to cancel and nobody got in touch with me. Finally, a women called back and stated Tom would call me later that day for a refund. Needless to say, Tom never called. I disputed charges with my credit card company and all of of sudden Tom produces a fake email about receiving a credit. I never received the email. In the email, he also lied about my husband leaving a voicemail. My husband never called. I will be filing another claim with the credit card. I will be passing the word on to friends and family to never use this company. The worst costumer service I ever received. I should note once I stated I would take legal action if he didn’t call me, I received a voicemail message. Hmm little to late Tom!

My sons had a blast! Every single coach was amazing with the boys. Teaching them life skills such as family and being good in school. My sons couldnt wait until the next day to go back! It was their first year this year and looks like you may have them for many more to come - we are eager for this years signups! Thanks to the organization and all the coaches!! We love working hard and getting better every day!!!!

My sons had an amazing experience at this camp! They attended with many of their close friends and each one of them loved it. The staff was wonderful with the boys and the day that the former Bears players came was a highlight. I know my sons will keep the ball caps they had signed for a lifetime. We will definitely attend again next year!

My son absolutely loved this camp. He didnt want it to end when the week was up. I was very impressed with the coaching staff. Truly like that they pushed discipline & were very encouraging! Thank you

This was the first time my son has jumped out of bed all year and excited to be a part of something. He met new friends, learned a lot and stayed focused!!! Thank you for this opportunity and for all the hard work thats involved with organizing the camp. Please keep us on an email distribution for future camps!!

I had 3 in the same camp, ages 6, 8, and almost 10, and they all loved going each day & have asked to do it again. They had fun, but also seemed to learn a lot of great football skills as well. It was a great experience for all of them.

I was really disappointed. My son broke his leg and arm before the camp. The gave us a certificate for use at future camps. So far so good. However they didnt do one again in Atlanta in a year. I emailed never responded. No camp no money back no response. Really disappointing

Our son absolutely loves it!! He comes home every day talking about it non-stop! We would definitely do it again next year. He especially loves the legends that stop by.

Today my son was very excited to experience the “Titans” camp event. The experience was deplorable. No staff. No registration. No accountability when we contacted the office. Apparently they “forgot” the camp started today. Frankly, it was dangerous to leave a child with no system in place or ability to ensure their health is paramount. The “experience” consisted of approximately 45 minutes of activity during a 3 hour session. The Titans should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this company.

I registered my son for this camp back in April. They subsequently canceled the camp. They did offer alternatives however none of the dates or locations worked out for us. They have yet to refund my money and it is now July. Not sure what I need to do to get my money back from this company... Be wary folks... This is not a reputable company thus far.

I signed my son up for the Titans camp at Knoxville this July. We paid a hefty price tag for all of the advertising stating that there would be several NFL players and coaches involved with this camp. We wound up with one retired titan player coming for one day. One other that apparently scheduled and didn’t show and then promises made that more what arrive that never came. This was terribly disappointing for the boys and for the amount of money spent that they basically lied to you and are not held accountable. When I reached out to complain I got absolutely No response and the money was never refunded even though what we paid for was not provided. Please do not waste your time or money with this camp! They falsely advertise their connections to the NFL and the coaching that is provided during the camp was absolutely terrible. It was an absolute waste of time and money and my son and his friends did not have any fun, which should be the entire point of a summer camp!
