Great place to learn and practice the healing arts of Tai Chi. Have been a member for several years, Great experience. I recommend it highly!

The center staff are kind, patient, accomplished. I am not the most coordinated person but by their example I know Tai Chi will be a life-long journey for me.

I took a beginners class in February of 2013 and am still practising Tai Chi three or four times a week even though I now live away from Chicago. I gladly became a member after getting to know the voltunteer staff at the center and make special trips to sit in on different classes around the midwest (and in NYC.) I suffer from neuropathy and the set gives me relief from foot pain as well as a stronger sense of well being due to increaded balance and leg strength.

Its good for the body and soul.
