This is my favorite Dollar Tree. Well- managed, friendly checkers, well- stocked.

A genuinely clean store with good service and a lot of seasonal products, household items, cleaning products, personal hygiene necessities and limited food items. In store shopping is allowed with social distancing. Masks are required. There are two Dollar trees in Chico, the one off the skyway offers a lot more household items and the one in the North valley plaza offers a lot more consumable food items. They both have a wide variety to choose from within clean facilities.

Waited till the last minute to do my Christmas wrap shopping. Walmart was totally sold out but good ole dollar tree has plenty to choose from! Got a big bag of stuff for$8.00! Love it!

Have to swing in for the dogs they like the $ 1.00 pig ears to chew on

This Chico store allows people without masks to wander around. The manager says she can’t do anything about it because of HIPPA and corporate policy. It’s a good store except for refusing to do its part to help stop the spread of Covid-19 and protect customers.

Extreme value, Im always surprised what I can find here.

The Dollar Tree on the South end of town lacks many of the items Im come to expect from the one on the North end. If you can get it at one, dont assume they have it at the other.

I love their prices, and they have lots of stuff that I use from there .

Theres always something good to find here. I stop here for little treats, snacks, toys or when I need something simple for the kitchen or bathroom. Its perfect for when you need something to get by for a little while without investing a lot of money.Some food items can actually be found cheaper at the grocery store, but youll save more than enough on the other items to make up for it.They are great for balloons. This location has always been well-staffed and friendly. So, its no problem when I need a specific balloon. They will blow it up for you. But be warned, they dont have the weights, so youll have to find something for that.Five stars because they deliver on their business model. They deliver on price, not necessarily quality.

So many items for one dollar. Tons of Easter items and greeting cards. Some cards are 2 for one dollar and some are a dollar each. They are all legitimate Hallmark cards and on the back of the cards they show the card as costing $2.95. Great value at an excellent price.If you buy anything food or drink related, you cannot return it. Otherwise, most everything else is returnable, but its best to have the receipt.

I buy stuff for a motivational board that I do monthly at work here. Always find awesome stuff.

BYOB (bag). Great place for wrapping paper and gift bags (just make sure you tape the bag bottoms first). Some stuff are essentials and some not so much. A gift/grab bag paradise.

This particular branch, it seems is always trying to find ways of saveing(s). If not to the clientele, for themselves as well. Which then can be passed to you, the shoppers.The lights are dimmed low, so sometimes it can be difficult to see what youre looking for. But, you can eventually find what you need.The cashiers and management are nice, cheerful and helpful.Their RETURN POLICY, is simple. Dont expect cash return. Only equal value in merchandise and not of eatable aspects.The store is where it always has been for at least 7 years or longer, convenient. It has a large floor plan and alot of products essential for everyday needs.True to its name; everything for a dollar each. Not like the others that tell you, Its Generally a Dollar, but could and probably will run a little more but still great value in shopping.

Fast trip for a few household items. Love that items are kept in basically the same area. Easy to locate! Fast and friendly check out too.

Should be 0 stars. Shelves are empty. Line is long. I asked a cashier if they were open,(had 3 people in line but light off). He said no, but he will be shortly. Huh? The only line open was winding around and down an aisle. So I left my stuff and walked out. Dirty, drug infested place.

God bless the people that work there that lost their homes. And the little lady that works there that lost her doggy. Godspeed.

Best place to get cleaning products. I love crafts here also can find some nice tapes and shipping equipments. We use their storge item as well, here are the creative start.

The Dollar Tree on Skyway is so much nicer than the one on the north end of town. Its way bigger with nice wide aisles and just more organized etc.

You know the funny thing about this Dollar Tree is that seriously every woman that goes here has seriously the biggest brassieres Ive ever seen in my life I mean like every woman that I saw your at the Dollar Tree that day was it least like an H Cup or bigger which is really super and amazing now I know to most people this review is not going to be anything that you can use but I assure you it was a very pleasant experience for me shopping at the Dollar Tree and its the best time getting batteries Ive ever had my life

Its Dollar Tree, got lots of Fathers Day cards, lake sunglasses, and random cleaning items.

Last year the racist manager came out yelling at me while conducting legal business near the store. I asked to speak to her superiors and she saidIm it. When I told her that I was contacting corparate she started screaming and saying if I call them shell have me arrested for harassment.I called her corparate supervisor several times. He refused to answer or return my calls until I contacted HIS superior. He then called when I wasnt home (instead of calling cell phone) and scolded my family member (who was not involved) telling them I had no business doing that.BOYCOTT THIS STORE!!!!!

My 1-2 month experience as an seasonal associate there; I have to say they do discriminate others when hiring people. Why? I am one of them that feels like I was laid/fired because of my ethnicity. They gave me some lame reason why I was being laid/fired. And what the heck! Trust me people dont apply there they told me you only have three tries ; when I first work there i got mu firsr write up for having to many voids and I was not train correctly. This was my second job but was my first job as a retail associate.

Manager Florez was EXTREMELY RUDE AND THREATENING when I was conducting legal business there. There was no call for such unprofessional behavior. I have been going there for years but NEVER AGAIN will anyone in my family nor I anyone I associate with shop there as long as Florez still has a job.I attempted to call their management and requested their corparate number and they got rude AGAIN thd threatened to have me arrested.BOYCOTT THIS STORE!!!

This store continues to be very poorly managed. Empty shelves and miles of stock in boxes blocking the aisles.
