All u see its all there employees on there cellphone and also as soon a lady came in the store all they was talking about her body and it shouldnt be like that talking about the customer and I also saw and heard when one of the employees call another employee fat the guys should have more respect for the customer and also to there employees

I go to Staples a few times a week to print shipping labels and they are absolutely amazing!!!! This Staples is the best one around. Ricky, Brittany, Misael and Kevin in the printing department are the nicest employees Ive come across!! I definitely recommend coming here.

ZERO. WILL NEVER BUY ANY GARBAGE THERE AGAIN. ROUTER CRAPPED OUT (FIRMWARE ISSUE) AFTER 16 DAYS. THEY WOULD DO NOTHING BECAUSE 2 DAYS PAST THEIR 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. NOW HAVE TO WAIT AND GO THROUGH THE VENDOR (NETGEAR). WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT ILL BE HAPPY WHEN THEY FOLD. BUYING ON-LINE FROM NOW ON (NEVER THROUGH THEM)!

Had to wait quite some time for an associate to help with copy....then when Nick finally came he started my copy project , then stopped to service another customer instead of finishing my project. Then we found that one of my sheets which were numbered was missing....very disconcerting...did not charge me , but very unsatisfactory

Spoke to a very friendly gentleman working in the print and marketing department. He was very helpful and demonstrated great customer service. My experience at this Staples is always pleasant.

They make personalized rubber stamps for address etc... The peeps were dope yall. Mad helpful.

The young man behind the counter was very helpful to me on the morning of April 22, 2019.I needed to print a document from my phone and I didnt know how to do it. He showed me step by step. He was very calm as there were at least 5 other people waiting.He was extremely professional and patient.Staples need to get more help as he was bombarded with customers. I tjink je made a great impression though on those customers behind me!

Joel Perez (GM)first told me that they only hire young people not older people. IKR... and still I proceeded with their services anyway and was disappointed and dissatisfied with the service received and charged for express guarantee when I didn’t request express service and waited in line as a regular customer. I been doing business with Staples for years and once I have been dissatisfied with the service received today.

I was able to get the toner I needed but the self-print service seems to be using a heavier paper than in the past. Thispaper seems to be of a fancier quality than I needed for my purposes.

Salesman tried to talk me out of buying a firestick by providing false information about its ability to download 3rd party apps, after which he added if you do download 3rd party apps your firestick will overheat and be destroyedIf anyone else has the problem of this Salesman lying to you about updates, 3rd party apps, and overheating please ignore him.Very unprofessional!!

I dropped off packages full of Christmas gifts there to be shipped via UPS and they lost them! Dont ship any packages here! You will regret it!

Fax cost 2.89 per page to go to Boston and they dont give you a receipt for proof of purchase.
