Every time I have gone here the manager and a co worker have been extremely rude to my children. We do not feel welcome here. They get angry if we are in the same isle as them while they are restocking and on two separate occasions have raised their voices at my child about not messing up what they worked on. Then they proceed to get on the intercom and shout commands to my kids to not make messes or touch things etc. my kids are pretty well behaved and I do not let them run around public places. They have certainly never broken things or been disrespectful. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Its a good place for people who are on a budget. All for 1 dollar. Everyone is nice and the place is clean. A cheap convenient place is how I would describe it.

Get stuff for a dollar. Everything. Folks are nice. Some things are pricey if you hadnt seen the price of some products from other stores, if you catch my meaning, Frodo Baggins.

The manager was accusing me of stealing when I clearly bought toothpaste from them. 0/5 stars if I could. Other than the manager, the store is clean and the employees are nice.

Clean, organized and well stocked. Generally friendly staff. Great for inexpensive seasonal decor items and party needs. Pro tip: Score big points with your other half by getting 4-6 birthday, anniversary, Valentines cards for the same cost as one card at another store and leave them around the house for them to find!

The manager needs to keep thoughts to herself while at work or talk a little more quietly when complaining to another employee about the customers. I could hear her 3 aisles down. Other then great employees!!

Cant go wrong with dollar tree everythings a dollar. Nice helpful employees as well.

Best dollar store in Chino! Absolutely love this place! They have a lot more stuff than youd think and the staff has always been extremely nice! This place actually has standards compared to the other two dollar stores in Chino.

Third time showing up at 8:50 and the door is locked and they are standing in there talking and ignored me as I knocked on the door it clearly says 9pm on Saturday.poor poor service

This store is managed by the most annoying rude manager of any dollar tree Ive ever been to! And Ive been in dollar tree stores from cost to coast.The manager refused to accept a return of a multiple receptical duplex because I opened the package & tried it to fit me duplex receptical? You cant tell until you remove them from the package & manager Bonnie says she will not accept a package that was opened? Evan Wal-Mart accepts opened packages but not your chino valley az store, Id stop shopping there if that got more trained employees.Marvin Lienard

Dollar tree was nice . Everyone in there was kind, polite, jovial and in the Christmas spirit.

While the employees are very nice and helpful, the manager is rude and disrespectful to costumers for small reasons. The store itself is usually stocked well, however it is not cleaned to what you would expect of a chain store of this size.

5+ This has been thee cleanest Dollar Tree and friendliest I have ever sat foot into!!! The sales associate Rachelle greeted us, as we entered, with a smile on her face and in her voice. On a late Saturday afternoon, the store shelves were stocked, straightened, and no boxes were lingering in the aisles waiting to be stocked (or tripped over). Rachelle noticed as we approached the register, was very quick to attend to us for checking out. Keep up the great customer service!

Service could be allot BETTER! No greating coming in, approaching the cashier, who was also the manager, not even a thanks have a good day when I was leaving! I told the other employee I was just looking for something, not ready to check out.... She didnt even ask what it was or offer to help! 🙄

Dollar Tree is an absolutely wonderful store, everything is a dollar and you will be amazed at what all you can buy.

Staff and manager are extremely nice, decent selection of products. Checkout can be a bit slow with long lines and only 1 cashier.
