Been coming here since forever. Theyre consistent with their products even eith all the seasonal changes and such. Great place to stop by and purchase any miscellaneous thing you might need. Theres snacks, electronic stuff, tools, toys, arts and craft supplies, school supplies, cards, birthday stuff, everything!

Found some neat stuff here, unexpected like dog bowls, car windshield fluid, drinks and goddies...thx to staff for all they do, clean store!!

For a Saturday just around 4pm, it was not busy. Went for birthday balloons and they had a good selection already blown up. So I was able to get in and get out.

Honestly so sad to receive the type of service that I received today at this Dollar Tree location. Yesterday I purchased about 6 mylar balloons a Dollar Tree in a different city and I was informed that as long as I had my receipt I can take the mylar balloons and have them inflated at any Dollar Tree. I didnt get the balloons inflated at the original store I purchased them at because I didnt need them for a few days. I filled most of the balloons up at my own home with a helium tank that I had I ran out and was unable two of the balloons that I had purchased so I took them to the Dollar Tree in Chino and I kindly asked one of the workers if they could fill them up for me because I was informed that thats something that they do since I had originally purchased the balloons from Dollar Tree. Thats when I encountered Irene a worker who first of all wasnt the one assisting me but she felt the need to tell me that thats not something that they do and that shell do it for me this time great but it was in the tone in her voice and her demeanor that she came across rude. And she kept repeating herself how she would do it this one time and how thats not something they authorize because theyre not the ones who got the sale for the balloons at this store however I clearly heard her the first time. As the other worker filled my balloons Irene just made it more uncomfortable and awkward as she kept repeating the same thing over and just made me feel unwelcomed and shes so worried that they didnt get the sale of those two balloons that I asked them to fill because of this type of service I will not be coming back to this Dollar tree!

Its bigger an more organized but they have now frozen items an tbh other doller tree. vhas more unique things alrhought it cluttered so i choose the unorganized doller tree in chino hills or the one in upland

I love doller tree because they have so many things to buy under 2$. There are many options such as candy, chips, clothing, headphones, toys, and many more.....

My favorite Dollar Tree! The staff is very friendly and they are on top of the store. Everyone is pleasantly working hard whenever I go in. The Manager, Jeff has a great, boisterous personality and Im sure his leadership is key to the groove they have at this location.

Positive: shelves filled with fall merchandise and even some Christmas.Negative: other items like wrapping paper, bows, etc. not many choices.

Love coming here! Great prices, items and only $1! They now carry Hallmark cards! They sell candy, gift bags, school supplies, cups, socks, hair products, chips, soda, cups, reading glasses, paper plates, envelopes, lotion, puzzles, and many other things! Although, they dont carry any fresh fruits and vegetables.

Im really liking dollar tree more and more thwn 99 cent only stores. This place was clean organized and spacious. Very easy to find what you need without a huge crowd

Great customer service

At this particular Dollar Tree they dont always have good customer service. They do however carry a lot of products especially when kids are working on projects at school. The Dollar Tree is the best place to go for us.

I like Dollar Tree; just not THIS location. The cashier was rude. I was in line with 4 items and no one behind me. The cashier was ringing up the person in front of me. Came my turn she smiles at me and said, She can help you on number 6. How rude is that!! She cant even ring me up first before leaving for break I guess.....and the other person was at lane 4 not 6. Shes so stupid. From this bad experience I will never go back to this location. The manager was there talking to her too and he didnt say anything. Granted its a dollar store; however, I still expect service.
