Misty is an amazing music teacher. Both of my boys love her classes and are constantly singing the songs they learn around the house. My 5 year old is already starting to read music. Its amazing!
We love Mrs Misty and the Sound Beginnings music class. She has really brought out the love for music in our son. He has learned so much using music. He is picking up shapes, colors, words and so much more. We couldn’t be happier. She is very fun and cares for her students.
Mistys Sound Beginnings class is so much fun. The activities are engaging, the music is great and there is lots of opportunity to bond with your baby. My daughter started attending when she was just 13 months old and I have seen a lot of growth as the weeks pass. I have learned a lot too from attending the classes and its even possible I look forward to music day more than she does ;-)
My kiddos love Miss Misty! Their always excited for music day. They’ve learned so much from the sound beginning and lets play music programs she offers at her studio. Her studio is always clean and well organized. She is very reliable and prompt!
Misty is fantastic at teaching Let’s Play Music! She keeps the kids engaged while letting them have fun and feel the music. So happy we were told about her and Let’s Play Music!
Misty is so knowledgeable and the Lets Play Music program is amazing at teaching theory in a fun way. Our children remeber rules and learn through song and play. Its been a great addition to our home!

Misty is extremely professional in the way that she teaches my children. We have taken Lets Play Music, Sound Beginnings, Singing Made Easy, intermittent private piano lessons, and soon the LPM bridge class with my four kids at her studio. I love the Lets Play Music program, but I especially love the way Misty teaches it. She brings a level of excitement to the classroom that encourages children to want to learn. I have a son that is incredibly musically inclined and another son that has to work pretty hard at it. Im impressed with the way Misty can lovingly instruct both of them without bias. They feel equally loved and accepted in their work and they are equally excited to go to lessons. Im excited for my kids to have her at Pocatello Valley Montessori School this upcoming school year. It will be an exciting convenience for my kids to have piano lessons at school and Im so grateful that they will continue their music education with Miss Misty.
