It pains me to say this and Ive thought a lot about it, but in my opinion this is not a safe place for white people to train. I experiences a blatant racial assault that was not within the realm of Jiu-jitsu. Wonderful ownership however. I do not blame them for the attack on my knee, and want them to succeed. Thus I still give 5 starts. Best for brown folks, however. Wish CVJJC the best.Thank you for having me in CVJJ. Had fun accept for the intentional dirt shot that caused a knee injury from a low-level blue belt. Would have joined otherwise. May want to have a talk with Juan. What he did was wrong. Taking dirty shots at people planning to join your club may not be the best business approach, otherwise pretty good. Enjoyed the teachers the most. Too bad Juan decided to take matters into his own hands.Dr. Roberts

I visited Chula Vista Jiu Jitsu Club while on vacation. The gym is immaculate and the guys were awesome to roll with. They truly have a family like atmosphere like my home gym. Special thanks to Prof. Jorge Farfan for making me feel welcome!
