Our son loves it here and the entire staff is great! Very friendly and great with the kids, very much recommend this during this time and after the pandemic....

My baby has been attending this LPA since he was 6 weeks old. His teachers are attentive and loving. They use their family communication app throughout the day letting me know how he doing and sending pictures. He has thrived in their care and loves going to school. The director , Kelly, is a wonderful director who truly cares about her families. I love this school and their teachers.

I honestly could not picture taking my daughter anywhere else! I feel very safe leaving her in the care of the staff here. She has been in the infant/toddler room and will soon be moving over to the 2 and up class room. I am so thankful to everything they do here, especially the pictures and updates they send me throughout the day

Switching my sons day care / preschool provider to La Petite Academy in Chula Vista was the best decision weve made! The new director Ms. Pennie is fantastic! She interacts with the staff and the kids wonderfully! My son loves Ms. Pennie and his teacher Ms. Cheryl (as my son says Ms. Chero), talks about them all the time! Its a structured environment that my son is thriving in. We have NEVER had any issues with any of the staff or any of the other kids. I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone looking to get rid of lazy day care providers and actually have their kids be engaged and kept busy ALL DAY!! My son comes home tired! I love it! Thank you La Petite!!

I love La Petite Academy and everyone that works here. Both my boys (ages 3 yrs. & 18 mons.) started here September 4, 2012 and they have both had 100% turn around in the way they behave. Pennie is the most amazing director, she really cares about all the kids! Every teacher I have met has been over the top helpful and caring! This place is well worth the money! LOVE this place and everyone in it!

The staff and teachers are all incredible! They are easy to talk to, and always helpful and kind. Weve been bringing our 2 daughters here for over a year and are highly pleased with the school!

I used to have my children enrolled in a different preschool and honestly they cannot come close to La Petite Academy. Who ever that REBECCA lady is, she totally wrong about Ms. Penney she has been the most delightful person to myself and my children. I love the school, atmosphere, and the fact that the school is very communicative with all parent. There is a lot of 1 to 1 interaction with teacher to student. I LOVE LA PETITE ACADEMY!!!!!!!

My brother used this pre-school in the Poway area so we used them also on a recommendation. I could not be happier with the staff and the progress of my daughter is amazing. Very loving staff, very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an excellent pre-school for your child.

My granddaughter is been in LPA since march, she been developed so many skills that is impressive thanks to the professional, patient, attentive staff. The keep a good security system in school though password, they offer a very good nutrition meals for the kids and teach them how to interact with each other to develop a good manners for their future. Im very thankful with the services and i really recommend this school to anyone in San Diego South bay.

This school is going through wonderful improvements under the new Director, Pennie Vatcher. The school is well organized and the staff is ready to start the new school year. All the parents are so excited about the new Phonics Program La Petite Academy will be starting in September. My daughter is eager to go to school each day and comes home sharing all the wonderful thing she has learned. The educational growth and improvements I have seen in her, in just a few short weeks, is amazing. I have never seen more loving nurturing staff.The Infant and toddler teacher is absolutely incredible. Ms. Lorena thank you for doing such a great job working with the toddlers the way you do.La Petite Academy offers a great quality program for you, your children and the community of Chula Vista from, ages 6 weeks old to 12 years old.

Excellent service. I had my baby there for a year. Not there anymore due to personal matters. But I will take him back as soon as I can.The providers keep me informed about everything. I will sure miss the services. Thank you to the Director. But my sincere thanks to Ms. Jakie, Ms. Tere, Ms. Paola and Ms. Lorena, Ms. Rosalie. Very professional service. ;)

I am never taking my child here! My kid was mistreated my these teachers who you can tell have little training and do not care. They had attitudes and one of them didnt even speak english! I am more than likely going to have a family member watch my daughter than some overpriced daycare with little experience. And a heads up Leah Jones actually works for La Petite so buy into her. I recommend finding another place to send your child like childtime or another daycare. Find out what closest to your neighborhood. Good Luck.

My son went through both the infant and toddler programs, he was enrolled from 2016-2017. I was very happy and impressed with both the program and also the teachers in both rooms. The staff took great care of my son. If he fell down and got an ouchie, they would call me within 30mins of the incident (even if I wasnt able to get to the phone, they would leave a detailed message). Both rooms were age appropriate and offered many opportunities for the kids to explore, and learn new things. The teachers had wonderful, age appropriate curiculms that included activities like painting with brushes/ fingers, bubbles, reading books, face recognition, numbers, colors, songs/ dance, the weather, science experiments and so much more. The kids were always doing something- the environment felt structured and well planned. No matter the time of day, whether it was in the morning, afternoon or later afternoon- the kids were never just sitting around. The meals were great and had a home cooked feel to them and were healthy. They offered the kids well balanced snacks throughout the day. My son never came home hungry. I feel like my son learned good habits i.e. hand washing and also respect for himself and others. He learned words like please, thank you, more and a few others. First in sign language, in the infant room, and then actual words as he progressed. I felt like it was a wonderful team effort between the teachers and parents on helping to guide the children through the different learning stages. I also strongly feel the staff cared so deeply for my son, which made me very happy to have him in an environment with so much love to offer. My son also looked forward to seeing his teachers, he was happy and excited to see them in the mornings which made me feel good. It is always a good indication of how the teachers are with your kids, with how your kids greet them. My son greeted his teachers with the same enthusiasm as he would for a grandparent.I all around highly recommend this school and specifically these programs.My biggest regret is pulling him out to enroll him in a closer school....
